The new craze around #hauntingofhillhouse was like FOMO for me so me and hubby started watching...... AND....... let’s just say I didn’t go to bed alone.... waited on hubby because it was scary! I love scary moves but DANG!

And this is me thinking I hear sounds during my workout...🤣
C A N ‘T S L E E P || I have been up since 3:15 am. My thought keep me on my phone looking things up. Trying to figure out a way to better myself. .
Isn’t that crazy tho. I feel by saying that “bettering myself “ out loud I sound like I’m not good enough with me.
But that’s not the case.(I think 🤔) I just have so many ideas to better my photography, my self, my home, & my kids. That I end up doing nothing because I overwhelm myself with my thoughts 💭 ..
I keep asking myself what am I truly doing!? .
Am I satisfied? .
Although I like to think I am, then why am I up questioning myself at 3 in the morning. I’m I the only one that thinks like this? Ugh so many questions. And to top it off I KNOW I am going to hate myself in the morning because I’ve had no sleep. .
Well if this you, and you can’t sleep. Your not alone.
Sending positive vibes and love to all the mamas and dads out there that want to be better for your kids.
It's #worldmenopauseday - shout out to all the women who are going through this and experiencing the varied symptoms that can be experienced.
Evidence shows 75% women will experience debilitating symptoms in varying degrees for anything from 3 to 15 years affecting all areas of their lives - home and working life.
Every single woman in the world will go through menopause but there are a fortunate few who are the Lucky Minority ie 25% who will sail through this. If you want to know how to ease through this phase of life then https://suehardman.com/a-bad-case-of-pms-or-is-it-perimenopause/
Interestingly, the majority of Asian women never experience the discomfort, that western women seem to accept as universally acceptable as you enter menopause.
Traditionally, Asian cultures have always used food and herbs to help manage these changes when they first appear. They don’t use HRT (hormone replacement therapy) as most western women do.
Fortunately, there are simple steps you to can take to minimise the negative symptoms of peri-menopause and treat the root cause of your womanly pains (by getting your hormones back in balance). The herb #blackcohosh is a #phytoestrogen —a naturally occurring product that contains eostrogen-like properties. "I suggest black cohosh to women going through menopause as well as other hormone problems such as insomnia, cramps, PCOS for its ability to help rebalance hormones," Many women in the early stages of menopause complain of insomnia. A showed that menopausal women reported having a better night's sleep when taking black cohosh.
Self-medicating is not recommended. Find a qualified herbalist who can create a formula suited to your requirements.
