Choose to be your happiest self every single day by doing the things that make you happy, every single day! And most importantly, remember that you have the power to create your own happiness, don’t rely on someone else to do it for you!!

Exercise is the best *free* therapy there is. So when life is going crazy or things aren’t in your control, remember that you can ALWAYS control your reaction.
Don’t drown in stress, making poor choices that you’ll feel even worse about..
On June 4th I started my 80 Day Obsession journey. Today, I completed day 11 (little behind everyone else because I tried some LIIFT4 workouts) but so far, in just 2.5 weeks I am seeing amazing results that I will be sharing with you at the end of phase 1! 🤩 Some days might be more challenging than others but I’m really loving the program so far. Even little Léa (who will be 4 months on 7/2) loves being part of my videos. 😍
