Another reminder not to neglect your calves. They do a lot for you and support a lot of the rest of your body. Give them some love 💚
Calf strength exercise can be done a couple ways - on a calf press machine like the one in the video - or by doing simple calf raises while standing (with or without holding additional weight). For stretch, see the accompanying photos. Stretching is super important!👌🏾

Walking to my car, some idiot drove by & didn't have the nicest thing to say about my pants & sped off like the coward he is. 😓CONFESSION: I haven't been training my calves as hard as I should be. I just made excuses. Plain and simple.
