So last night I didn’t do the dinner I had planned for @dresslerchris for Father’s Day because the day just got away from us being outside playing with the kiddos all day. So I did his meal tonight...all the bad for you for food...🙈but all the stuff he loves. Scallops with a bacon cream cream sauce, she-crab soup, and a filet with Gorgonzola sauce and lobster Brie mashed potatoes. I promise y’all I’m not trying to kill him! So its almost 2am and i just got back from a bouncing shift that started 11 hours ago. So what does a bouncer eat after work - gluten free pasta with lean mince, chicken viennas and a tin of tuna. Perfect combo of protein, carbs and fat.
It’s not about calories. It’s about hormones. Hormones tell your body to get big or small and they are influenced by the message food sends to them. 500 calories of pizza and ice cream send a much different message than 500 calories of salmon and spinach. Calories are so 19th century. If your weight loss plan involves calorie counting...I’m sorry.
