My food yesterday ⏭⏭- breakfast was strawberries, a rice cake and a yoghurt (201 calories), lunch was a Marks meal (304 calories) and dinner was another marks meal (372 calories). I’ve been really busy and feeling crap recently so opted for the easy option of ready meals to make sure I stay on track with our holiday coming up next month 😁 I also had another yoghurt and rice cake after the cinema last night (171 calories). I stopped drinking coffee during my pregnancies

Got a horrible withdrawal headache, decided I'll never drink that much anymore

Nowadays I tend to have max one cup of coffee a day, in the morning

Coffee didn't used to affect me, wake me up etc.

But NOW

My god I feel like I've taken drugs!! A dose of morning coffee turns a tired mummy into a creature who can't close her eyes😳😳😳😵😳😳😳 I quite like it 😁

And as for tea... I've started liking it! #yorkshiretea all the way 👌🍵 Yumminess and energy for pretty much 0 kcal a cup 👌👌 Energy drink with no artificial unhealthy shite 👍

Firstly I just wanna note that this is NOT exact and you'll have to make adjustments based on your activity level and if/how fast you're losing.

1◻️Work out you daily calorie intake so you're in a deficit - This is the ONLY way you will lose body fat. To do this multiply your goal bodyweight in pounds by 11, if you're more active go for 12-13.

80% of your foods should be from whole foods so those foods labeled as "healthy" and 20% can be fun stuff that you're always told you can't eat if you want to drop body fat. This being said if you know a certain food triggers you to binge then just don't have that food if you can't control yourself around it.

Lastly - Be consistent and be patient as this shit take times. Be prepared to make adjustments along the way as the same thing wont work forever, that's just not how it works, this is where coaching comes in as most people don't know how to make adjustments.

There is no right or wrong answer, but just make sure you aren’t “half-pregnant” with your goals. Map out what you wanna accomplish in the next 3-6 months and stick with it.

Having the best time on my beautiful little island so far. Spending time with my loves, relaxing and eating too much food 🙈😂. And how do you get more tired the less you do?! These 9 foods will definitely help you control your hunger. Black coffee and espresso because caffeine has an appetite suppressing working. Broccoli and oatmeal because they're high in fibre. Protein powder, Greek yogurt and tuna because they're high in protein and these will definitely fill you up!

Lastly, Halo Top. This will be an awesome alternative to ice cream if you're really craving it. Do I advise you to eat a pint of Halo top a day? That's probably not a smart idea. One or two a week? That's completely cool!

I’m already in full Christmas mode (started my shopping too 💁🏻‍♀️) so this will be my Christmas and weight loss count down! I am confident I can and will loose my 7lbs before Disneyland but realistically I will probably put most of that back on while there purely because anything other than burger or sandwich places costs a fucking fortune but I’m thinking to eat lots of fruit at breakfast and through the day, find salads for lunches then whatever for dinner and there will be a lot of walking so I’m hoping it balances a lot, if I can loose more than 7lbs before then I will be in a better position but pushing past the 15 barrier has always been the biggest struggle for me.
