Here’s a little workout for ya. Write it down on a piece of paper in front you. High intensity drills alternating with strength training. Jump rope 2min, everything else is one minute each. With the cardio drill you go as hard and as fast as you can go. Push!! The strength training can follow the tempo of music or a moderate pace. Use dumbbells or substitute bands. If you’re seeing stars, taking a breather but not too long!! Your heart rate will come down slightly during the strength part. Do it 2x through or try and go for 3. You set your own pace but this should be hard and fast, not a walk in the park!
Stacy! What the heck is a 10 and 2 jump?? Picture a clock and start at 10 o’clock then jump up as high as you can and rotate to 2 o’clock and repeat.
I don’t play football, how do they “shuffle”?? In a side to side movement, you lift your feet up right left right pulling your knee up high towards your abs and then go back.
