I got an email from #peterdiamandis that contained this sentence. "Remember that the day before something is truly a breakthrough, it's a crazy idea." Isn't that your experience? You need community who will give you feedback, help you sharpen your vision, help you talk out your ideas. You need right community, people who are fellow visionaries, sister entrepreneurs. Make it a priority to find that, feed it, participate.
👉Gratitude! Is one of the secrets to being more happy.
Have you ever wake up and realize that you have a room and a bed to comfortably sleep in? Or did you wake up feeling tired and just wanting to sleep more without being pestered? 😋
Everything that you can enjoy and use comfortably are blessings and often times we don’t realize what we have!
So today, I would like you take some time and list 5 things you are grateful for! ✨
👇Below type “yes” if you agree!
When your to-do list feels like a mile long – rest.
When your heart feels heavy – rest.
When the thoughts keep coming – rest.
When it feels hard to breathe – rest.
When your mind is telling you to keep going but your body is telling you to stop – rest.
Many people are intimidated by yoga because they tell themselves a story that they are unable to slow down. It’s true that it takes practice to quiet your mind. But it is untrue that you need to have a completely still mind and still body for an hour+ for this practice to be useful.
This morning, I wasn’t feeling my best. I felt overwhelmed, physically and mentally. I wanted to keep going so I could check more items off of my to-do list. I decided to put on a relaxing song for 10 minutes and lay down on the floor. I did two restorative poses (supported by yoga props) and I feel better. 10 minutes of supported stillness was all it took to soften the anxious tension in my throat & chest. 10 minutes later, I have gained more clarity in my mind.
I am passionate about sharing the practice of restorative yoga and helping people find accessible ways to incorporate these practices into their lives for stress and anxiety relief. I am blessed to empower & inspire people to tap into their inner healer.
A real life photo of my rest & digest state. #turtletribe 🐢 — did you know that when your parasympathetic nervous system is activated, manifesting is WAY easier? — not sure what I’m talking about? Who’s thought about their goals for 2019? To soon or already onto it? I always do a vision board so what doesn’t come thru in that respective year carries over to the following but I’m already working on some of my goals. Hit me with your biggest goal for 2019? Mine is to “get uncomfortable and challenge myself”.

YOGA BREATHING LESSON 🧘🏼♀️ Many of you have asked for more meditations and breathing techniques, so here is the first of many to come!! 🌟🎉 Watch today’s video to learn LONG DEEP BREATHING, which is a perfect breathing practice for beginners to learn how to: • breath completely and deeply
• learn how to control the breath
• connect with your breath and body
• quiet your mind.
Pranayam (yogic breathing): the science of breath, controlling the movement of Prana (life force) through the use of breathing techniques. The mind follows the breath, so if you want to control your mind, practice controlling your breath.
WHY PRACTICE BREATHING?? 🧐 We hold a tremendous amount of tension and emotional trauma in our muscular structure in the form of armoring. Proper breathing allows the release of armoring. Learning to breathe deeply and completely is the most effective for developing higher consciousness, and for increasing health, vitality and connectedness in your life.
Do this LONG DEEP BREATHING meditation for 1, 3, or 11 minutes today. Leave your comments below. I can’t wait to hear from you!

Hospitals, Drs' offices and any medical facilities gives me high anxiety and panic attacks. I've had bad experiences with them all and have had several health scares..it makes sense why I'd get these attacks, plus I suffer from anxiety and panic attack disorders.
I'm so glad I have this plant based supplement to calm me down and relaxed!
If you've heard my story you know, I've suffered from panic and anxiety attacks for over 20 years. My attacks have changed so much since I started taking Vitalbiome. I'm much calmer, relaxed, free from attacks. On my really stressful and or hard days, I'm more nervous. I'll take that, than the life I lived before.
