I’m happy to say that it’s easier for me to regulate my emotions now. I’m able to find #MyStateOfCalm in challenging situations. So, it’s easier for me to stay calm even when a child is acting out or having a moment of “bad behavior”. I intentionally try to approach every “bad behavior” with love, understanding and the ability to teach something in that moment. It’s not easy, but I’m serious about No More Yelling. I felt so calm and centered after doing these this morning! I had been feeling like my head was spinning all day the last few weeks, but this helped me so much!
