This just happened😆
This one was so freaking hard, you can see my left leg shaking while I'm battling gravity to press up. Then of course I held the hs for a few secs before realising what just happened and then my emotions fucked up my balance😂 But at least I know I'm on the right path again and getting progress despite my heavy butt. So happy. Now for the real work- the bottom position, which obviously causes my troubles. No tries anymore of this fancy skill, just honest work. I'm really sure this is the way. 👌
Nothing is better than starting the week with some squats.
I usually do this set with 90kg but I today I decided to put my ego to the side, reduced 10kg from the bar to focus on my depth and lift with better form.
It was a great session after a deload week. That face at the end tells the whole story.
