De afgelopen 5 jaar staat trainen met je eigen lichaamsgewicht steevast in de Top 5 Fitness Trends.

Er kleven namelijk zoveel voordelen aan body weight training. We spreken dus niet van een hype maar iets dat zich keer op keer bewijst in de fysieke realiteit. Je hoeft geen helderziende te zijn om te kunnen voorspellen dat body weight training alleen maar groter en populairder gaat worden.

Hieronder beschrijf ik het eerste voordeel van body weight training voor je.

1- Het is voor ieder fitness level toegankelijk.

Met mijn vorige bedrijf Fitmundo (verkocht in 2015) heb ik binnen 3 jaar meer dan 8000 mensen en tientallen bedrijfseigenaren en hun personeel aan de body weight training gekregen. -
De niveaus van de deelnemers liepen uiteen van 0,0% sportervaring tot aan professionele beroepssporters. Deze kunnen gewoon in dezelfde groep trainen en gaan op hun eigen niveau “helemaal los”.

Iedereen houd dus hetzelfde gevoel over aan de workout en dat zorgt voor verbinding.

Op iedere oefening zijn er zoveel verschillende varianten mogelijk dat ik de workout voor ieder niveau haalbaar en uitdagend kan maken. -
Met een keuze uit duizenden oefeningen is letterlijk “the sky the limit” en zal niemand zich de komende 100 jaar gaan vervelen tijdens de training. Met bodyweight training is vet verliezen of spiermassa bouwen simpel.

De leeftijd binnen de groepen varieert tussen de 18 en 75 jaar en iedereen gaat met hetzelfde gevoel naar huis, voldaan! -
Er zijn je dus in het verleden 1000den mensen voorgegaan. Mensen net als jij die nu zweren bij bodyweight training in een groep of 1 op 1.

I would like to announce that I have made it to phase 5 of Brendan Meyers BodyEvo workout program. There are 5 stages and I have made it to the last one. The picture on the left is when I first started Phase 1 and one on the right is the beginning of phase 5! This Calisthenics journey has been the best thing that I’ve ever decided to do and I do not see myself stopping, this journey is not even close to being over and I have way more goals to break.
