I’m a shirataki noodle fan! I got these from @thrivemkt and they are the fettuccine size.
1 lb grass fed ground beef
1lb Italian sausage
Black pepper. Pan sear on medium until cooked through.
Sauté zucchini and cherry tomatoes in meatball grease and add salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.
1 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbsp of pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
6 tbsp olive oil
Toss shirataki noodles with pesto and top with pine nuts.
I could drink this pesto. 😍
