But for real, my pants ALWAYS fall down during my workouts because my waist just doesn’t hold up for the size my 🍑 needs. 😂😂 After the day I’ve had, I’m glad my pants gave me a laugh tonight. One of my spore traps was stolen at work, I didn’t get done until 6 pm only to find my Jeep was locked inside our gate and the keys weren’t in my office, the dishes were overflowing and I still needed to get a workout in. BUT I crushed a 45 minute workout, got dishes and laundry in, am about to throw dinner in the oven, and then it’s time for Escanaba in the Moonlight to celebrate deer season eve! 😍🦌🙌🏼
If you saw my stories today, you saw that I got my workout in, in my bedroom with my baby sleeping beside me.
Don’t wait until you have the perfect space to work out in. Or until you’ve got the right clothes. Or until you have time. Or until blah blah blah happens. Because believe me, if you wait, it won’t happen.

Last night, Justin and I turned our phones off, ate some Chinese take out, watched our new fave show (The Last Kingdom), and just enjoyed ourselves and the dogs. It’s amazing how often you don’t even realize you mindlessly play with technology instead of enjoying company. Date night in felt so good, and will definitely become a regular part of our routine. We’ve been feeling so overwhelmed lately it was nice to just fight over the couch and snuggle with the dogs without worrying about the outside world. I challenge you to put the phone down more often, and just enjoy the moment. 🦄💕

This morning was great so far! I “slept in” until 7:30 am because Noah decided he didn’t want to wake up at 5 am, so I woke up feeling refreshed + ready to go!
I am reallll sore from yesterday’s workout, so I did a slow, restorative flow this morning to get myself moving, warm up my muscles, + get some active recovery happening + it was everything I needed.
Thennn, I worked + answered lots of messages + now I’m about to check in with my fabulous challengers.
Thanking God + the universe for blessing me with this opportunity every. single. day.

• GIMME THE COFFEE • Sometimes I drink a bit more coffee than other days. I don’t like black coffee ☕️But what do I drink then?
When I have a coffee I always choose a almond milk cappuccino or a almond milk latte. I do love soy milk too 💚
On ‘treat’ days I go to Starbucks for a #sweettooth cappuccino. Or that’s how I call it 😏 The fall and Christmas specials are awesome.
What my favorite one is? I think the gingerbread latte 🎅🏻 I always ask the staff to leave the whip cream out and replace the milk for soy- or almond milk ✔️ Those are the small changes that can make a big difference.
So with some coffee in my belly I’m ready to rock the Wednesday morning classes 💥 One, two, three.. Let’s go 💃🏼
And sometimes you get your workout in at 9pm. In the laundry room. And it’s still awesome.
I can tell you I would have 100% missed my workout today if I had to have packed up and went to the gym. But since I have over 600 workouts to choose from, I didn’t have to head out in the snow storm to get my sweat on. I walked down about 10 stairs and pushed play!
Some days are long, but don’t forget to make yourself a priority. You can’t pour from an empty cup. #noexcusesnovember
This little guy may or may not be the reason it’s 8pm and I haven’t got my workout in yet. Spoiler alert, he is 😂 Sometimes the days don’t go as planned, but as soon as he’s asleep I’m pushing play! #betterlatethannever#thatsmilethough
This isn’t about physical transformation but instead mental. I think back a few years and I’d make goals for myself- eating healthier, working out, being kinder to myself... I’d follow through for a week at most then make excuses.
My greatest accomplishment this year has been staying CONSISTENT!
Yes I fall off track, go on vacation and eat crap, but I GET. BACK. ON. TRACK.
The girls in my online bootcamp are all about being healthy but still enjoying life. It’s because of them that I realize that every day of positive actions leads to a year of success!

I love the colors, the air, everything.
My favorite season will be transitioning into my least favorite, and I have so many emotions about it. Days seem to fly by and I find myself not having the ability to just take a moment and enjoy what I see. One day, I promise one day I won't have to be stuck inside during my days. I'm not just a dreamer, I'm a DO-ER. I'm not just all talk.
One day I WILL be able to spend my days with my children enjoying the beauty of the world. So for now, I'm gonna go get my workout done. Cause my job wih this side hustle is to first work on ME then I'll work on dreaming some more so I can create an action plan on acheivers that.

You can’t wish for it, you have to work for it.
I was totally that girl that WISHED I could lose weight. That WISHED I had more time to exercise. That WISHED I was motivated. That WISHED I had more energy. And guess what? I was stuck in the same headspace, at the same weight, with the same lack of energy for YEARS. It wasn’t until I changed my mindset and realized nothing I WISHED for was going to happen, I had to WORK for it.
And that’s when real changes started to happen. I had to show up for myself. Make myself a priority. Be stronger than my excuses (and I had a lot of them). But I’ll tell anyone who asks, I would make those changes, those sacrifices 1000 times over.

Even before my journey I have always gotten Americanos. The difference is that they use water instead of using milk (like in lattes). I get mine with white chocolate and almond but with half the flavor because I don't have much of a sweet tooth. I also get a splash of cream in mine and let me tell ya... I wouldn't have been ordering this drink these past 6 years if it wasn't so good 😉👌
