Day 2 💪🏼 All lifting, and I’m still trying to decide if I like the bands more than weights! It’s hard for me since I’m lopsided. I don’t want to overtrain one side, but I definitely favor my left side. I worry that I’m lifting more on one side by using the band.
Does anyone have experience with this??
I practiced in the garden today. And our CASA is alive. So much magic, beauty and wonder. Holy butterflies and dragonflies, lizards & flowers. Our CASA is not us, she’s is her own beautiful living breathing being. I am in awe of her. My heart is blown open. Aho!!!
