Hey guys! We are just wrapping up our current challenge group and it has been a huge success already! I’ve lost 8.6 pounds and 7.75 inches in two weeks and I still have one week to go! I am so amazed and so incredibly proud of myself!!! I feel like I could do anything right now! Who doesn’t love that feeling, right?
The first week alone we lost just over 50lbs as a group! That is AMAZING!!! We work out for 30 minutes a day (ANYWHERE) and eat nutritious healthy food that tastes so delicious! We have super shakes, brownie batter, waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, muffins, tacos, chicken parm… the list goes on and on!
This is the first time doing something like this that I have not craved wine or junk food. Honestly, it shocks me. I’ve been working out consistently since last September; however, my mind has not been strong enough to fully commit. Until now!
I recently completed 80 Day Obsession. It was INCREDIBLE Seriously! I loved it! I was challenged with different workouts each week. It was never boring and I saw SO many changes in my body. I was stronger and leaner. HOWEVER, I did not eat healthy (like I overindulged more than I’d like to admit)! I saw everyone else around me who did the program and followed the nutrition plan have the most amazing results. I felt crushed. It was my own fault. Sure I had results, but nothing like I could have achieved. That gave me this new determination. I was/am set out to make a change. I was FINALLY ready to commit! AND I have! The past two weeks my nutrition has been on point (and as you read above its not salads and celery all the time) and I have seen HUGE changes. I am even more motivated to keep pushing forward now. This is not a diet, it’s learning a balance and a healthy way to live. The kids even love it! Which makes my heart so happy!
We are wrapping up the final week of our current challenge and already planning for our next one. It starts May 14th.

As a busy working mom, we are always always in a hurry and running from one thing to the next. This morning I was tired. I was up too late last night and had to be up early this morning. I did not want to work out. I wanted to hit snooze and crawl back under the covers. I didn’t. I got up, got the kids up and got my workout in. 🌸
I sat there for a minute (waiting for my magic mermaid juice to kick in) feeling tired and fighting excuses. I thought... this is a choice, no one is making me do this. I want to do this to better myself and while I may not initially want to do it, the sense of pride and accomplishment when it’s done is amazing (or maybe it’s just my magic juice)! Either way, it just made me think about all the daily struggles I have with myself and wonder why. Just stop the excuses, stop the struggle and just be grateful, be happy and choose to view it gracefully! 💕
