Because dramatic changes in body composition don't happen in a few weeks or months.

But(t🍑) you know what's interesting? Most people know all those things.

Deep down, they know that the changes they're making to their diet and exercise need to be things they can stick to in the long run.

Ideally, the rest of their life.

Still, I get bombarded with questions asking about all sorts of dorky diet pills, funny creams, bimbo body wraps, and “fat-burning" foods on a near daily basis!

And the reason is simple.

Pills, creams, wraps… all of those things are sexy & exciting. I mean, who wouldn't want to take a pill or rub cream on their belly to lose fat?

But here's the honest truth ✅:

When it comes to losing fat, building muscle, and maintaining a healthy body for life, there is no “secret" solution.
⠀ 
It simply comes down to…

Working hard 💪
Staying consistency 🔄
Having realistic expectations 🙏
and Having shit-ton of patience 😌

Above all, do NOT give up.

This was an extremely relaxing run. I tried out some new trails and got a bit „lost“, but it was totally worth it, since parts of this route were superb. As some running girl (sadly I forgot who it was, so I can’t quote and can’t mention her) once said: „One of the perks of long-distance running is, that you come to a point where you think: „I’ve never run in that direction before. I wonder what’s there.“ and simply go for it.“
Sure. I’m not a real long-distance runner. But I, too, am curious and always want to try out new tracks, roads, trails...

But one thing I can promise you is that it's NOT fat gain ❌

If you could actually gain or lose 2-3 pounds of fat in a day, you could theoretically lose 60-90 pounds in a single month 🗓!

Obviously, that’s not the way things work. Losing fat takes time… a LONG time at that.

(Okay excuse my crazy hair) but I woke up this morning feeling extra lean. I’ll be the first to admit that I was feeling myself extra hard this morning(no shame this way) I’m achieving my goals that I set for myself during this second chapter of my journey and that was:
💥To get lean ✅
💥building muscle ✅
💥Have fun doing it✅
And that’s exactly what’s happening. I didn’t have to spend hours in a gym doing cardio or lifting weights or have a trainer staring me down while I’m doing all the work. Guess what my (trainers) are right on my tv screen in my front living room sweating it out with me. It absolutely feels good to look in the mirror and love the skin you’re in❤️

5 weeks today I started keto and the only thing I regret is not starting sooner! I couldn’t even get these jeans over my butt 5 weeks ago and now I can do them up pretty easily (with a little muffin top but that’s ok).

Let’s get into some guidelines for @subway meals for macro counters.

1. Most of the breads are around 200-230 calories. I would stick with sourdough, wheat, or honey oat. You can also cut have the calories by only eating one side of the bread but that’s kinda weird…but it works.

2. All the meat options that I listed above have the best calorie profiles. I look for higher protein and low fat. If it’s not listed above, it probably has a shit ton of fat which will make the calories spike up. For example, the tuna has 22 grams of fat!
.
3. Most of the cheeses are similar in profile to the numbers listed above. If you can spare the calories…go for it. I also put bacon and avocado up there because some people like to live on the edge (and waste their calories on silly things - jk).

4. The goddamn cookie. The standard cookie will run you north of 200 calories. Eh. Not worth it. But again…your call.
.
5. Get saucy. I ALWAYS go with honey mustard because it has zero fat and lower calories. Buffalo and bbq are similar. Do NOT add oil to your sandwich. You’re just dousing it in anywhere from 150 to 500 calories. That’ll kill your calorie deficit along with any chance for fat loss real quick.

Pills, creams, wraps… all of those things are sexy & exciting. I mean, who wouldn't want to take a pill or rub cream on their belly to lose fat?

But here's the honest truth ✅:

When it comes to losing fat, building muscle, and maintaining a healthy body for life, there is no “secret" solution.

It simply comes down to…
