Unfortunately not all yogurts are created equally.. as much as I’d love to be hoovering down a Müller Corner with chocolate digestives or toffee hoops.. it won’t contribute much to my protein intake and will instead give my carbs & sugar intake a boost 🙄
Here’s some of my fav higher protein yogurts 😋.. the Lidl ones (bottom left) are especially good and cheap! For plain ones- add some MyProtein toffee drops and they’re incredible🤤

Yesterdays boot camp was by far (so far 😜) my favorite! and the highest calorie burn (per #applewatch ) I’ve had yet! And I’m seeing strides in my endurance and strength! 💙 Fall in love with what your body can do, the things it can accomplish! 💙

“You don’t have enough faith”. “If you really trusted God, you wouldn’t worry.” 🙈 Can we take a second and dismantle those statements? God is aware you are human and come with those emotions, He created you. There’s a reason “fear not” is in the Bible so much...it’s a reminder because we tend to NEED it. Fear and faith are not mutually exclusive, you CAN have both. And while we work on casting our cares and fears on Him, it’s an ongoing process, it doesn’t happen overnight. 🖤 So if your confidante tells you those two statements every time you present your heart, your worry, or your fear...find a new confidante. 🤷🏼♀️ Find someone you can pour your heart out to who will say, “I’m so sorry. I love you. 1/2 marathon training isn’t all about hitting the road and just running for miles and miles and miles and... well you get the picture. It’s about conditioning your body, gaining muscle, learning to adjust your breathing while working on speed drills, and losing fat just to name a few. Running on a mini trampoline isn’t easy at all, but it is easier on your body (knees, legs, ankles, etc). This allows you longer more intense workout times while building muscle to transition to longer more intense workout times on the streets.
Of course when I am in a steady state non stop 15 minute full on run a few things are going through my head. The first three core principles of GenOneLife™️ 1. Embrace Change Through Christ- oh trust me I cry out to Jesus often to give me strength to just make to the end.
2. Engage In The Process- I continuously tell myself this is all part of the process.
3. Encourage Yourself- somewhere around the last few minutes all I can tell myself is #youareworthit keep moving forward.
No matter where you are on your healthy & fit journey whether it’s to gain strength for everyday living or to run a race remember Philippians 4:13. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

I’ve already ticked off my workout, with 6.45am Shadow Box session @beatboxboxingstudios and now I’m off to do some consultancy work.
Later I’m going to be meeting up with family for dinner, which is always a treat, however I’ve got another early start in the morning so it’ll be early to bed tonight for me 😴
