Are you eating enough calories? - Muscle requires the right amount of nutrients to grow. If you don’t eat enough food then your body can’t use those calories for repair and growth. You could lift weights for 3 hours a day 7 days a week but if you’re not in a calorie surplus, you will not grow!

Are you aren't eating enough protein? - Protein is essential to build muscle. You don’t need to eat it to excess, more protein doesn't equal more gains (unfortunately). But you've got to get enough in your system on a daily basis. 1g per 1lb of bodyweight will do the trick.

Are you inconsistent? - You hit the gym like a beast for 3-4 weeks solid, then you feel like you've earned yourself a two week break. That’s not how it works, show up and be consistent.

😵Are you lifting heavy enough? - To grow, you have to provide stimulus for your muscles to grow. Doing loads of reps at a light weight is not going to do that. 5-15 reps should be about the right rep range to warrant muscle growth. Just make sure the weights you are lifting are challenging and the last few reps of each set are a struggle.

📈Are you increasing training volume? - As well as lifting heavy enough you need to continually try to overload your muscles. Increasing training volume is the way to go about this. .
Are you executing the exercises correctly? Are the correct muscles doing the majority of the work for each exercise? There is no point in lifting heavy if your form is sloppy. Form first then weight.

- 6-8 hours kip a night should do the trick with at least 1 rest day in your plan a week.

1. 120g Pasta kochen
2. Jeweils eine halbe Zucchini, Paprika, Aubergine würfeln
3. Eine Knoblauchzehe fein hacken und in 2 El Öl anbraten,  das Gemüse hinzufügen und knackig mit braten
4. Alles mit einer halben Dose gestückelten Tomaten 🍅 ablöschen
5. 100g Frischkäse unterrühren und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano und weiteren Kräutern abschmecken 🤗

Das Beintraining heute war wieder hart😃 Hab die Zeit vergessen und es wurden fast 1 1/2 Stunden😄 Aber egal, Hauptsache das Training ist in der Tasche. Jetzt gibt es aber ordentlich was zu futtern 😍 Momentan sind im @lidlde (*Werbung) Fußballbrötchen im Angebot. Die gab es früher immer bei mir als sie noch im Standardsortiment waren. Dazu eine fette Avocado, meine Bowl, Schoki und Obst 🤤
