Four years ago, if you asked me if i would be an entrepreneur, I would have laughed. I didn’t think it was something I was capable of doing.⠀
Once, I discovered what I can do, I have been persistent since.⠀
I am determined to live a life on my terms, to do what I want, when I want.
What is your dream/goal?
When it comes to both health and entrepreneurship I am noticing a theme.⠀
I hope I am not the only one....⠀
Do you tend to over complicate shit, like I do? ⠀
It’s like we know what we need to do but we make excuses and or some how seem to not just get it done.⠀
I know everything I know I need to do to loose weight or be healthy but yet, that bowl of ice cream has some crazy power over me.⠀
The same thing happens with my biz. I know everything I need to know but yet I feel like I need to learn more. Ugh⠀
Any one else feel this way??? Comment below and tell me if you tend to over complicate stuff!⠀
To figure out how much time you have to invest each week, let’s do some quick math!
➡️24 hours a day X 7 days a week =
a total of 168 hours a week⬅️
Now of course you have to sleep, or else you’ll be a walking zombie.
Let’s say you sleep 8 hours each night in a 7 day period, which adds up to a total of 56 hours of sleep time each week.
➡️168 hours total time each week – 56 hours of sleep time each week =
a total of 112 waking hours a week⬅️
(If you’re like me and often need about 9 hours of sleep, you’ll still have 105 hours of waking time each week–not bad for the extra zzzzz’s!)⏰🛏
Let’s take it one step further…
On top of building and growing your business, let’s say you’re still working 40 hours a week in your 9-5 job to pay the bills and invest in your business.
➡️112 waking hours a week – 40 hours a week at your 9-5 job =
a total of 72 hours of time you’re free to invest⬅️
One of the most common excuses people use for not making progress and achieving their business and lifestyle is, “I don’t have the time”. 📌You DO have the time (…even if you’re still working in your 9-5) to make meaningful progress in your life.
You have at least 72 hours each week to invest in areas of your business and life that are most important to you and will make the biggest impact.👊
Ekkkk, this was really hard for me, only a once in a lifetime opportunity to go work with the great @melrobbinslive would get me to share #mybiggestfear with the world 🤷♀️.
Though now that it’s out there, I must admit it’s kind-of freeing. It’s progress not perfection, and this was definitely progress for me.
I’ve been dreaming about sharing with the world since I was a kid. What got me through all the hard times in my life was knowing one day I’d share with those that need it most. I’m motivated and inspired by the people that resonate with my stories, my pain and how I use it everyday to live life to the fullest. #pickme 🙋♀️ #gratefulfortheopportunity#foreverchangedforthebetter#lifechangingmoments#ultimatecoaching#positivitypusher

SOLVE THE PROBLEM! One of the most important lessons every product, service or program must accept is that they solve a problem. One of the hardest truth about solving a problem is to understand the equation, process and person who is looking for the answer.
Tip: You can help solve the problem by understanding the needs and wants of your client or customer. Listening for what they are asking, why they are asking and what they need answered in order to see you as an answer to their problem.
Imagine a salesman who must do cold calling to build up a sales pipeline. This salesman has a deeply held belief that "if, first thing in the morning, I get 10 rejections in a row, it means I'm going to have a bad day and not make any sales."
The moment that salesman approaches that 10-rejection threshold, he begins to adopt an apprehensive attitude, wondering whether the 10 rejections will "prove" that he's going to have a bad day.
He begins to feel fear and defensiveness, which immediately creep into his voice. He starts thinking about his "bad day," rather than listening to the customer. His apprehensiveness virtually guarantees that he'll get the (ominous) 10th rejection--at which point his emotional state (which is already low) will plummet further.
The sales rep is now absolutely sure that he's going to have a bad day. His despair makes him even less effective. After a few hours, he stops cold calling, having "proven" his belief. And then, the next day, he starts the process again, worried about those all-important "10 rejections."In other words, his beliefs are creating a future of failure.
You'd be surprised how many people hang on to beliefs that create failure--without realizing that their beliefs are just as unrealistic as the "10 rejections" superstition. I couldn't possibly go through the entire list, but here are three that I hear a lot:
1)Mondays are always depressing.
2)The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer.
3)Life sucks, and then you die.
📌Write about your feelings. Keeping a journal can be a great way to get in touch with your feelings and unlock your intuitive side. Write out whatever you are feeling or thinking about without worrying about rationalization or your judgmental inner voice. Stream of consciousness writing, or just jotting down the first word or thought that pops into your head, can help you become more aware of what’s going on in your subconscious mind.📌 Meditate. Meditation can help you become more in tune with the intuitive signals your body is sending you. Try some basic meditation techniques to help you become more mindful of your physical state.
1)Find a quiet and comfortable place to meditate where you will not be bothered or distracted.
2)Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and focus on the sensations of your own breathing. If your mind wanders, gently redirect your attention to your breathing.
3)Try doing a “body scan.” Lie down, close your eyes, and mentally focus on each part of your body in turn, starting with the toes and moving up to the top of your head. Be aware of any sensations you are experiencing in each part of your body, and make a conscious effort to relax any tensed muscles. When you are done, focus on your entire body for a few minutes. Take a few minutes to focus on your breathing.📌Distract yourself. While it may seem illogical, distraction can actually help you come to a decision. Your brain processes information on a subconscious level even if you are not actively focusing on it or thinking about it. If you find yourself struggling to make a decision, do something else for a while. Then return to the problem, and go with the decision that feels “right.”
BE IT! A model phrase that I often use is: BE•DO•CREATE. The idea is that we must 1st BE something before doing anything. That is why we are called human BEings and not human DOings. If, we are to realistically find our worth, purpose and significance, it must 1st find resonance in who we are. Knowing this helps us to identify with our originality. The conversation is not a “this vs. that”, but instead a “this and that”..... What we are doing is a reflection of who we are and our desire to create greater value in our world using our talents, gifts and abilities.
NOTE TO SELF: If you find out who you are as a person, you will quickly identify your passions and easily discover what your purpose in life is over time.
Trying to find my passion was a near-obsession that followed me into adulthood. Ironically, all along I ignored what was naturally good at, including my knack for empathy, my love for writing, and an incurable curiosity about human behavior.Despite what we’re told, passion is something that unfolds over time. It’s discovered through life experiences. Your “dream job” isn’t an exact destination, either. It’s constantly evolving. The ideal career when you’re in your early 30s may eventually become a poor fit, even by the time you turn 40.
So what do you do if you have no idea what your passion or life calling is?
First, don’t panic. Finding your purpose doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a messy, iterative undertaking that takes time, patience, and a healthy dose of self-reflection. You’ll get there, but you have to start by taking small steps.
That starts by asking yourself some key questions about how your past experiences, struggles, and triumphs have shaped you. 1)Name the top 3 peak experiences in your life. What do they have incommon? What does this tell you about yourself?
2)If money weren’t a problem, what would you spend your every day doing?
3)What dreams have you given up on? Why? Did fear play a role? Did your values change? How can you rekindle forgotten interests?
4)What is the hardest thing you have ever had to overcome? How did this influence you?
5)What activity are you doing when it feels like time flies by?
At the end of the day, introspection isn’t enough. You have to take consistent action to make your dreams a reality. But when you take the time to look inward, you may be surprised by what you find. Your passion might have been waiting there all along, just waiting for you to light the spark.
Bill Gates: 11 things they don’t teach in school:👇📚👩🎓 Rule 1: Life is not fair…get used to it.
Rule 2: The world won’t care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.
Rule 3: You will NOT make $40,000/year right out of high school. You won’t be a vice-president with a cell-phone, until you earn both.
Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. He
doesn’t have tenure.
Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a word for flipping burgers-they called it opportunity.
Rule 6: If you mess up it’s not your parents fault, so don’t whine about
your mistakes, learn from them.
Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes, and listening to how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the
parasites of your parents’ generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.
Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life hasn’t. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they’ll give you as many times as you want to get the answer right. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.
Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summers and Christmas break off, and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on you own time.
Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to
leave the coffee shop and go to work.
Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one.

In 1966, a dyslexic sixteen-year-old boy dropped out of school. With the help of a friend, he started a magazine for students and made money by selling advertisements to local businesses. With only a little bit of money to get started, he ran the operation out of the crypt inside a local church.
Four years later, he was looking for ways to grow his small magazine and started selling mail order records to the students who bought the magazine. The records sold well enough that he built his first record store the next year. After two years of selling records, he decided to open his own record label and recording studio.
He rented the recording studio out to local artists, including one named Mike Oldfield. In that small recording studio, Oldfield created his hit song, Tubular Bells, which became the record label’s first release. The song went on to sell over 5 million copies.
Over the next decade, the young boy grew his record label by adding bands like the Sex Pistols, Culture Club, and the Rolling Stones. Along the way, he continued starting companies: an airline business, then trains, then mobile phones, and on and on. Almost 50 years later, there were over 400 companies under his direction.
Today, that young boy who dropped out of school and kept starting things despite his inexperience and lack of knowledge is a billionaire. His name is Sir Richard Branson.
