Bonjour mes amis! 🌞 Not sure I've ever mentioned how much I LOVE OATMEAL. Nope, pretty sure I've never made that one clear. Love it. Love oatmeal. I LOVE OATMEAL.
It's ridiculously cheap, really nutritious, versatile, filling & delicious. You can eat it cold, warm, grind it down into flour for muffins, add it to burgers, mix in some nutritional yeast and it tastes exactly like aranchini, use it as a facemask, turn it into milk.... my list could go on and I haven't even started on the nutritional benefits!
Half a cup (which is about 50g or half of a standard 25cl beer glass) of oatmeal provides you with a great boost of Thiamin, also known as vitamin B1. B1 (as are most B vitamins) is essential for energy metabolism, nervous system health and most importantly the synthesis of ATP, the body's source of cellular energy. But oatmeal doesn't stop there. Magnesium, zinc & iron join the party as well as 7g of protein to boot.
If this isn't convincing you to join the oatmeal club then I don't know what will! This, my friends, is real super food. €0.60 for 500g at @lidlbelgium not €600 for a teaspoon of some weird powder from your local healthfood shop. Real superfood knows it's worth and doesn't need fancy packaging or marketing.

Immense terrasse ensoleillée, buffet coloré et varié à volonté, personnel sympathique qui vous laisse siroter pendant deux heures votre dernière gorgée de café latté glacé... Et même un petit photo-maton pour capturer le souvenir de ce moment sur papier 📸
Van toen Loes van @wildflowers_and_wodka me vroeg om fototjes te komen nemen op de allereerste masterclass bloemen & styling die ze organiseerde in @thecollectorshouse.antwerp. En m’n zus @wonderweddings.be die het styling gedeelte voor haar rekening nam.
Dat het een superfijne dag was met veul lekkers, heerlijk riekende bloemen en een dozijn aan inspirerende mooie vrouwen die overlopen aan talent.
Dat het zot cool was. En ik mocht daar gewoon bijzijn om deze kleurenpracht vast te leggen.

Gooooood morning friends! 🌞 Is your breakfast today a balanced source of KICK ASS? Mine definitely is with unsweetend soy YOGURT (good source of protein, also fermented soy like the one found in yogurt is much easier to digest! Bonus!), OATS (source of micronutrients, protein and complex carbohydrates, the kind that make sure your blood sugar doesn't spike like craycray), PUMPKIN SEEDS (y'all know why I love these) and WALNUTS (great source of plant-based omega-3s).
