After last month's deep south-inspired menu, we are featuring a more nuanced style of southern cuisine for our September brunch. The menu will feature entrees such as creole seafood gumbo, bone-in pork chops, and pecan-crusted catfish. These favorites would not be complete without sizable helpings of fried okra, corn and bean succotash, and cornmeal spoon bread. This brunch will take place on September 23rd (this coming Sunday) from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Adult tickets are $22.95; children are $8.95.

‘Tis the season of new brunch launches 😋. Here’s one for seafood lovers (not worth going otherwise). At @crabmarketdxb every Friday. A table d’hote menu with ALL dishes served at the table - appetisers, crab cooked various ways (the mud crab and crab fritters were 👌🏼), choice of one main and a dessert selection. The entry level price point is good value given the expense of imported seafood. AED250 (non-alcoholic). AED350 with house wine, sparkling, beer and cocktails. Rises to AED600 though with Laurent Perrier Champagne. Plus 12% for DIFC fee/ VAT 🙈.
