I Bring Food to Work && I Choose Healthy Foods to Fuel me during the day, I ALSO Hardly ever Carry Money with me but for Emergency. Less Temptation to eat Cheap Crappy Fast Food esp. When I Bring food. I just Eat what I have with me a Work. Do it once, than Keep doing it, & itll become a Habit that your Body will Thank you for; if not Right Away than DEFINITELY Later on in life. Remember you Are What you Eat😉💯💕

Brought in this spread for a work meeting of 20+ people. There is a Kwik Peach Kuchen, a yeast coffee cake with a scrumptious nut crumble in the center of the tray and Starlight Sugar Crisps on the edges. My regret is following the instructions to NOT grease the baking pan. Had to leave several broken and sticking sugar crisps behind as a result.

Lunch at my desk. I know there are a million reasons not to eat at my desk but this works for me. I come in early, work thru lunch so I can get home to be with my kids. And it keeps me making healthier choices. If I left my desk I'd be tempted & I have goals to meet!
