IT’S ALL ABOUT THE BASE | Finding it hard to see your skin through your foundation (we don’t want no cake face). My tip? Use a beauty blender. Dampen the blender using lukewarm water, squeeze out the excess before using it in a dabbing motion - from the inside of the face out toward the hairline and down the neck. I usually apply the foundation from a palette using a brush, then really buff the foundation into the skin using a beauty blender. On a budget? You can purchase beauty blenders from @kmartaus for $3 #frugallife Just don’t forget to wash them after every use (we don’t want no bacteria build up either!) Annndd... watch how long your foundation lasts! Day to night, I promise! 🥳
It may seem so far away in these colder months - but your #summerwedding will come around so much sooner than you think! There’s always so many checklists, and it’s so easy to think of your guests and everyone else. Just remember, that as the bride you will feel so much more calm when you know you will look and feel like your most natural and beautiful self. Booking a makeup trial is one of the best things you can tick off your list, so get in touch with me and we can arrange a date to find your perfect look!
Ps: I love this naturally smokey we achieved for Ekaterina. Maybe you want something more toned down? something more glamorous? Everything is tailored and customised to your perfect day. This is so easy to achieve. Get in touch 💫

HEAT vs MAKEUP | Yuuuccckk! How’s the Melbourne weather today? Top of 40 degrees 🥵 My top tips to make your makeup last? 1. Primer (I like @narsissist Pore and Prime) 2. Don’t cake the base (I like mixing @bareminerals Complexion Rescue Gel in Ginger with @narsissist Sheer Glow in Punjab). Use a brush or beauty blender to really buff it into the skin. Trusttttt me, it’ll last so much longer. 3. Ditch the heavy powders. Opt for a cream blush (I like @iliabeauty in Tenderly) and only use setting powder on the T-Zone (I like @hourglasscosmetics Ambient Powder). 4. Keep it simple. Invest in a volumising mascara and skip on eyeshadow and eyeliners (I like @smashboxcosmetics Super Fan). 5. Sweat less by keeping your hair up and away from your face.
