Studying Yin Yoga 50hr Teacher Training has meant “deep dives” into meridians + an intro into TCM {Traditional Chinese Medicine}. I feel so expanded in these concepts and in so many ways have fallen in love with the Yang, as I have sunk into the beauty of Yin. Authentic Yang turns out is the energy frequency  we drawn on with Reiki, which is why I often support my clients to balance in session by also drawing up breathe through their feet. Thus equal Yang & equal Yin. To be a safe & open conduit for both raises our Chi/Qi which means we are less likely to draw on our “prenatal chi” or Jing, which we are born with and  does not “increase”. This amazing weather. The humidity has been killing me and it was finally cool and breezy. I like cool cloudy weather so today was my day.⁣

Having a few moments to myself to enjoy a cup of coffee by myself at a bakery. ⁣

Living somewhere that gives me access to amazing local and fresh produce. I really try not to take it for granted even though I’m bad with food waste sometimes. At least it goes to compost 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣

What a peaceful and grounding practice.

I have missed my yoga community so much and plan on getting back into a routine. During the months without my practice, I was incredible anxious, irritable, overwhelmed and found it hard to establish boundaries as I once did so easily. This weekend was also about reconnecting with myself in the midst of a busy world. The moments and pauses I took were incredible good for my energy and for me mentally and emotionally. .

Mee gaan in de flow of life. Lekker patroontjes doorbreken. Gewoon blijven ademen. Het mooie aan mooie woorden is het gemak. Iets zeggen, iets doen. Ik geloof wat je zegt niet wat je doet. Zeggen wat je doet en doen wat je zegt. Zoveel woorden om hetzelfde te zeggen of te doen? 
Ik vind mezelf terug in de wortels van mijn gezin en voel de spanning mijn lijf in rennen. De oude overtuigingen over of ik het allemaal wel kan. En meer dan dat, of ik het wel GOED doe. Doodvermoeiend. Maar waar is de focus? 
Een patroon is waardeloos zonder herhaling. Een belofte is waardeloos zonder de actie. Woorden opzich zijn lekker eruit te laten rollen, maar waar is de waarde?  Hoe praat ik tegen mezelf? En wat heb ik mezelf beloofd? 
Wees lief, heb geduld, laat je tranen los en ga buiten spelen. Deel je successen en vraag hulp bij je obstakels. Eet goed en geef je lijf ontspanning. 
Allemaal 'dingen' die ik mezelf heb beloofd te doen. Dus laat me alle gevoelens en gedachten er vanaf pellen. Wat blijft er over? Het resultaat dat ik heb! Komt het overeen met mijn staat van zijn NU. Ja? Super lekker ga zo door! Nee? Pas aan waar je je shit laat vallen en begin opnieuw. 
Het draait niet meer om wat we zeggen... het geeft wortels door wat we doen.

I want us to be aware if feeling bad is STOPPING YOU FROM LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE. This awareness is going to show you how you've transmuted the thought into you muscles into our nervous system into our breathe. 
I used to feel bad all the time and I didnt even know it. I didn't know I kept feeling bad because I didn't think I was worthy of time, money and energy etc. 
Yesterday for a quick 10 minutes, I felt a pitted feeling in my stomach, my shoulders caved in. My breathe was shaky. A dark energy covered me I almost fell into the rabbit hole of feeling bad for not being the best model. Alert alert found limiting belief!!!!!!!!!!!! Because I've been doing the work I realized at an instant I am divine consciousness,  as I am. See what I did there-  transmuted shadows from dark to light. 
So who else to teach this stuff rather than moi. *pew pew*

If you have difficulty keeping your spine nice and straight while sitting cross-legged, try sitting on the edge of a cushion, bolster, or rolled blanket. For additional support, place rolled blankets under your knees; the more support your knees have, the more your inner thighs and groin can relax

Then I actively chose to release the belief because I live by this-  nobody is ever obligated to do things for me not even my immediate.
 Why Be forced to do things that kill you softly inside, or because they chose to show where you stand in their life (why are you mad at that?). Or maybe they just weren't in the mental capacity to be there.  Nah. I'm good luv.

Keep one palm on the navel & other palm on the chest as you inhale for few seconds check which hand is going up. If you make a consious effort to breathe till the navel alot of unresolved emotions will leave your mind. .

Did 10 then an extra 3 for the gram.

30s or 10 cals on the echo bike.

30s ab-sling breathe hang.

10 oblique side crunch with 4s tempo.

Hanging from the slings forces challenges lateral breathing over sternal engagment.

Also forces more recruitment of the internal obliques as external are isometracially fatigued.

Did 10 then an extra 3 for the gram. 30s or 10 cals on the echo bike. 30s ab-sling breathe hang. 10 oblique side crunch with 4s tempo. Hanging from the slings forces challenges lateral breathing over sternal engagment. Also forces more recruitment of the internal obliques as external are isometracially fatigued. Feeling very blessed right now 💗💗 Today I met the beautiful ladies who are attending the Yoga Foundations Course over the next 6 weeks.
They did absolutely incredible in week 1!!! Some have never practiced yoga before and some returning after a long break! Regardless of their path, I look forward to the next 5 weeks as we learn, absorb, integrate and grow together.
