Maybe Monday was a stinky day (to put it mildly). Maybe it broke your heart...stole your peace...pushed too far... Maybe it's all you can do to breathe, not knowing how you'll hold together one more moment.... Peace.
Peace, precious one.
Not the peace of the ignorant, but the peace of the one who knows the God who walked before us into Monday already had Tuesday in His hands. And Wednesday. And August. And 2019.
So breathe...and cry...and scream if you need to. And then make a conscious decision to trust Him one more day.
Because this is His promise to you...
Not that everything will work out okay, but that He'll always fight for you. ❤️ "The LORD will fight for you;
You need only to be still."

There are days when you have time to catch your breath, and days that you forget to breathe at all.
Designers put themselves into their projects with every piece of falling drywall and every slide of the tape measure. We get way too attached and we forget that it will not actually be a space where WE live.
But that can be good thing because it means we are using our heart in our job. And I am okay with that.
Here is to yet another day where we forgot to breathe. 🙌
Things come and go, life ebbs and flows. If we stay connected to our breath, our life giving force we can maintain perspective. Whatever we are going through our next breath, our source of life is provided in abundance and without exception. So however bad we think it gets, remember everything will work out just fine 🙏
As the sun wakes up we bring ourselves into Tuesday! Perfect for trying to sort the million and one lists I have in my head. It's a juggling minefield at the moment...if it's not on the list it ain't happening! Love lists great for the soul and so satisfying when you get to tick the s*** out of it! 💕
Today is all sorts of emotion. Came back from seeing some of my most favourited people in the world back to the town filled with negativity with only a few loved ones in it. My other three favourites live in Adelaide. Usually I can tell if I'm more anxious or more depressed but today it's quite equal. This seems a bit all over the place, but that's where my heads at. I'm grateful I'm able to breathe even if it's a little hard to. Blessed as furrk to have genuine people who's souls I crave, one in particular who I get to wake up next to every morning and smooch. Living for the moment when I find I feel totally at peace. .
Day 1/21 DONE🙌🏼
I started on this journey today with a program called 21-day fix extreme and let me tell ya...they’re not lying about the extreme part😫😂 I was skeptical at first since I already had my own gym routine down but to be honest...that was one of the best leg days I’ve had in a longgg time and I don’t know how I’m going to walk tomorrow😂🤷🏻♀️
At the end of these 3 weeks I don’t hope to see an insane 6-pack or a huge booty. To me, fitness has always been more than that. It’s about showing up and giving it my ALL every.single.day! Even when I don’t want to! It’s about being better than I was yesterday and changing my mindset from “I can’t” to “watch me!”
Having a healthy body starts with a healthy mind and having a healthy mind makes it easier to make better choices. I’m looking forward to the new habits I’m going to be creating over these next 3 weeks to live a SUSTAINABLE healthy lifestyle.🤗💛

This is where I will be hosting my meditation workshop for six weeks commencing this Thursday. The classes are for women who want to incorporate more zen in their life and connect deeply with themselves. There are many benefits to meditation including igniting the relaxation response to counteract feelings of fight or flight.
Too many people are holding stress in their energy field and body, this manifests into illnesses and other mental issues. These classes will help you re-train your brain and clear blockages to experience a more relaxed state of being.

At our workshops you get to see and experience some really “cool” things. But, just like life, we can often get mesmerized by what appears to be “cool” and lose
focus of what’s important.
People get amazed at the instant and dramatic change in hamstring flexibility or how quickly their breathing or stress levels change.
What can be forgotten is that
this limitation has been in place for a long time (for some it’s been decades).
Most people assumed that this was just their “normal”. Everyone had no idea
just how much it had been impacting their everyday life.
The key message though is always that we have lost connection and awareness of our bodies and that it has been crying out for help.
One of the aims of our workshops is to create awareness. To bring about a realization that our bodies
are simply reflecting how we are coping with life.
Do you know what’s really “cool”? What’s really “cool” is that you get a glimpse of how you are always meant to be. How free and easy its meant to feel to move, how strong, confident, light and fast you are meant to be.
Somewhere along the way, you just lost your way and lost control of your body.
We empower you with the skills to take back control of your body and the awareness of not only knowing how good your body was designed to feel but also to listen when it needs help.
