It’s always good to be in the know with your body, and regular self breast exams are definitely a good idea 🍈🍈. A good schedule to stick to is self examining 3-5 days after your period starts every single month at the same time (your breasts are usually least lumpy and tender at this time). 4 very common breast findings and what they usually mean:
1. Painful breasts = can be related to where you’re up to in your menstrual cycle, can be due to hormonal birth control, your diet such as caffeine (that’s a cool one), exercise in a non supportive bra, trauma
2. Nipple discharge = if you’re not pregnant or in the postpartum period, this one is always something you should seek medical help for ... 3. One breast bigger than the other = this is usually normal and very common but if it’s something you’ve noticed has happened out of the blue it’s probably best to seek medical help for this too
4. Lumpy breasts = this is the most nerve racking finding, although it’s good to keep in mind that in around 80% of women under 40, it’s usually a benign finding. Always best to check out a lump though regardless of the stats.

A cancer battle is never fun, but I have met so many incredible we people over the last seven months who look after me so well.
I love how we are all equipped for a different purpose and can help others no matter what skills we have. From the doctors to nurses, researchers to pharmacists, receptionists and those who play tetris with everyone's appointments - you are a blessing to more people than you realise.
And for those like me who can't deal with anything medical, remember that you are always capable of something someone else isn't and of more than you know.

Ladies and gentleman with or without boob job or with pregnancy and nursing or not we need to check our boob’s health annually especially if you are over 35 years old. It was a very comfortable procedure. Take care of your health way before you feel or see any symptoms because after feeling pain or symptoms you have waited too long.
Just remember breast cancer is not only for women. Live healthy, happy and longer by taking care of yourself. #annualcheckup#mammography#healthy#lifestyle#boobs#breastcancerawareness#strongbody#health
Fantastic effort !! Just on $100,000 was raised for Breast Cancer awareness and research. A sincere thank you to all, for supporting our pink promotion in the month of October 2018. Every cent helps to battle this terrible disease that touches most of our lives in some way. A total amount of $99,473 was raised for this worthwhile cause.
Did you know that about 85% of breast cancers occur in women who have no family history of breast cancer. These occurrences can be attributed to genetic mutations that happen as a result of the aging process and life in general, rather than inherited mutations.
That’s why Paddle For the Cure NYC has partnered with The NYC Health➕Hospitals /Elmhurst to assist its underserved population of women in The Hope Pavilion Cancer Clinic who are navigating and bravely battling the throes of Breast Cancer. Together with your help, we can empower and uplift others, and fund quality research to find a cure.
We would love for you to Join our cause today with your membership as part of the team, by making a donation, by being a part of one of our events, by volunteering your time and talents and by sharing the good word about PFC!

Concord Church Breast Cancer Survivor Fellowship was such a blessing to me this evening and I won this beautiful gift for being the youngest survivor present. This type of pouring from women who understand this journey is what I have been missing. So happy to be a part of this ministry ❤️ #survivor#thriver#breastcancerawareness#feelingloved#sundayfunday#dallas
What a way to get back into action in NYC.
Saturday AM classes were 🔥without a doubt.
Was grateful to coach a bonus class in support of the #BRCAFoundation alongside Coach @matthewlukemeyer and help raise funds for the cause.
Thank you to @wilterdink, @baklinerunning, @ceze, and everyone who made it to or donated to that fundraiser run 🙌🏼
I hope to see more runs like that in the future. In the meantime, catch me all week 👇🏼

We all need to practice breast care and breast cancer prevention all year long, not just during breast cancer awareness month, or during a race to raise more money for chemotherapy treatments. Preventing cancer is a lifestyle we live every day, not just for one month out of the year, or one day. Day after day, our breasts want some pretty basic fundamental things to be well: plenty of pure alkaline water, healthy whole organic foods free of pesticides, herbicides and dioxin, plenty of healthy fats, and a cease and desist on heavy metals like mercury, aluminum and arsenic, ditto for petroleum products on our skin or toxic antiperspirants in our armpits. And what about those bras strapped to your chest 12 hours a day blocking the natural flow of lymph in and out of your breasts. Breasts want you to walk every day so they can move and groove while you walk. Breasts like to be touched and massaged and talked to. Our vulnerable breasts, so feminine, need a lot of love to be well in the toxic soup we have created of our delicate ecosystem. So every day, love some breasts, starting with your own.
