And the saturday breakfast is served and also already eaten🙈 Had this delicious stack of such fluffy vegan vanilla protein pancakes with my fav proteinpowder from @nu3_de 🥞😋 Vanilla is one of my favourite flavours and i literally could inhale it!👅 I topped my pancakes also with strawberries -much more later added- which was such a heavenly combination!😍
This stack had also more calories than my usual amount of saturday breakfasts. I always used to think that i only should eat a certain amount of calories at a certain time and also not eating more of something than i used too. For example, i usually eat 40g nuts per day and yesterday, i have eaten 90g of nuts because fats are good, especially for us womans. And to eat just a certain amount of something is actually bullshit because food should be nourishing, fueling and enjoyable and not punishing. I'm always happy when i can overcome such things and grow more out of my eatingdisorder, even if it's are just such little things. Every little change counts and it feels great to feel more free and to nourish your body🌹
Okay, sorry for such eating disordered stuff.. but i'm just happy how we can overcome mental disorders and believe me, every little fight is worth it!💕
Wish you all an amazing day loves and i hope you can enjoy a nice day!
