Here is that compound exercise I had mentioned before, deadlifting in to a press. full body exercise utilities legs core and upper body, good for warming up and start of your workouts. Been working on focusing in on the muscles being worked, instead of going through the motion and I can certainly feel a big difference. Shout out to @macmane4509 for being my momentary camera man!
