1 – cooking spray
16 ounce – ham
4 cup – spinach
2 cup, pieces or slices – mushrooms, white
1/2 teaspoon – garlic powder
10 large – egg
1 cup – feta, chopped
2 medium – avocado
1/8 teaspoon – salt
1/8 teaspoon – black pepper, ground
1/2 cup – salsa
Spray a large skillet with your choice of cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add ham, spinach, mushrooms, and garlic powder. Saute until spinach is wilted and mushrooms are soft. Scoop everything out into a dish to save for later.
Re-apply cooking spray and pour in whisked egg mixture. Cook until eggs are no longer runny and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out six tortillas and divide the ham-mushroom mixture evenly among them, then do the same with the eggs.
Top each tortilla stack with a small handful of mozzarella cheese and some slices of avocado.
Fold up tortillas and serve warm with salsa or hot sauce.

One new element per week and focus on that completely. This week that's within the 《🤸♀️catogory sport/movement, it's yoga🤸♀️》This is something that has long been on my to-do list. I didn't dare to do this for a long time, because I didn't trust my body. But now that I've got to know my body and boundaries again, I can rely on this and dive into this adventure with great pleasure and a open mind
To be precise, it's the yoga variant easy vinyasa flow🙋♀️I'm going to take a trial lesson at @inflowyogaoss《" This is a yoga form, in which proper breathing, concentration and challenging attitudes form the basis. The postures range from standing, sitting to lying down. The rhythm of the breath and movements that flow into one another creates a 'flow'. [UK] when you are in a hurry and you don't have enough time in your morning to do pancakes from scratch... you have to have a 🆘 plan ...
On my plate: I always have a @condialimentar pancake box in my pantry, in case of holocaust.
It comes with all the dry ingredients and you just have to add the milk, oil (i use coconut oil) and the eggs (just follow the instructions, its easy as you can get). Mix everything, pre heat your widest skillet (easy to flip around pancakes) and start the real deal ! Put a portion on the skillet and when the prepared starts to go bubbly, it's time to flip the thing, and so on, until the very end 😊 On the same skillet, after finishing the pancakes, I add a bit of olive oil to crisp a few slices of ham.
Finally I made a feast in my plate joining pancakes with an organic maple syrup and black chocolate, natural yoghurt and the yummy ham 👌
[PT] Quando estás cheia de pressa e não tens tempo para fazer as tuas panquecas do zero... tens de ter um plano de contingência...
No meu prato: É uma verdade, tenho sempre uma caixa de preparado de panquecas da Condi, em caso de emergência.
O preparado vem com todos os ingredientes secos e apenas temos de juntar o leite, óleo ( eu uso o óleo de coco) e os ovos ( siga as instruções da caixa e vai ver que é muito fácil). Misture tudo, aqueça uma frigideira larga, no seu fogão ( mais fácil para virar panquecas) e que comece o que é bom ! Coloque uma porção do preparado na frigideira e quando este, está a borbulhar, está na hora de virar a sua panqueca e depois é só repetir até o fim. Após isto, na mesma frigideira, coloquei um pouco de azeite para cozinhar algumas fatias de fiambre.
Para findar em grande, juntei as panquecas, molhadas com xarope de ácer biológico, chocolate negro e iogurte natural. De lado o saboroso fiambre 😊
