Vanilla & banana gluten free porridge.
Soaked the oats, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 3/4 of a banana in @rebel_kitchen whole milk for about 20 mins then gently cooked it. Meanwhile 1 tbsp of maple syrup went into a frying pan with walnuts and the rest of the sliced banana for a couple of minutes until it turns seriously sticky.
Stirred 2 spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt into the porridge, spooned into a bowl, added walnut butter made in our @nutramilk_uk , the maple nuts and banana, and some blueberries and of course cacao nibs.

Atravieso una de las semanas más ajetreadas del año, aunque tenemos varios festivos en ella,e incluso,mini vacaciones,pero tengo varias celebraciones✨ en el horizonte... así que para desestresar me ha dado por recordar....
Cuando estábamos de vacaciones,en la casa rural en Cantabria, siempre me pedía para desayunar unas tostadas con tomate y aceite de oliva virgen extra y aquello estaba delicioso.....
Así que hoy recuerdo aquellos desayunos tan ricos con mis tostas de PAN CASERO INTEGRAL DE SEMILLAS con tomate rallado y aguacate, además sésamo,sal marina y #aove .
Algo sencillo que sé que hará mi día infinitamente mejor.... 😄

I think how we set the tone for our days is so important. I can tell it makes a difference in my productivity level when I start my day off right 💯
I love trying to get up early☀️(i’m definitely not a morning person but it makes a huge difference), make my celery juice, listen to a podcast🎧 , move my body🏃🏻♀️ , and eat a yummy nutritious breakfast😊 I also try to be really present, by eliminating the phone🙅🏻♀️ 📱

Monday grocery haul🥦We have been gone for the past 3 weekends and haven’t done a full stock up in forever. Got tons of fruits and veggies plus some of my other faves like:
🍴 @latortillafactory low carb tortillas for wraps
🍴baby carrots + hummus for snacks
🍴frozen riced cauliflower for caulipizza crust
🍴0% fat Greek yogurt (fave breakfast)
🍴trying turkey burgers for the week!
At work still dreaming about this morning’s breakfast. A parfait made up of coconut @chobaniau Greek yoghurt + blueberry coulis + @barleyplus pink lady apple and macadamia muesli +fresh blueberries 🤤 the perfect balance between protein and calcium packed dairy, high fiber carbohydrates and antioxidant filled fruit. .
Women aged 19 - 50 years old need 2.5 serves of dairy a day and this increases to 4 serves after 50 so it’s great to knock one serve off at breakfast. Calcium assists with strong bones and prevents osteoarthritis later in life. .

This is looking perfect for a mid-morning treat! Beetroot, rhubarb and pomegranate. The perfect combo and oh sooo pretty too! I'll leave these sorts of wholesome vegan creations up to the experts @panaceas_pantry Have you recently whipped up a foodie creation? 💕♻🌿
Creamy hemp pesto with sweet peas, lightly friend zucchini and toasted cashews.
The perfect way to pick some extra nutrients into your day! I used chickpea pasta also for a bit of extra protein.
1 x large avocado
1 x generous handful of fresh basil
2 x Garlic Cloves
1/2 x fresh lemon juiced
1.5 x Tbsp olive oil
2 x Tbsp nutritional yeast
3 x Tbsp hemp seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all in ingredients and mix into organic pasta or use for sandwiches or a dipping sauce. I added in zucchini lightly friend in a tiny drizzle of macadamia oil, steamed sweet peas and toasted cashews.
I am fully aware that post is no where near as ♥️able as my last post with my daughter 🤷🏼♀️, but let me tell you it’s 💯% necessary to show you that in order for me to be a BA Warrior Mom I need to feed my kids and myself warrior food so we we survive this week back to school 📚! Not only do the kids and I need proper nutrition to get us through so do you 👊🏻so . . . ..

How was your weekend? I had a very busy one, mostly working. So throwing it back to these luscious "NUTELLA" CHIA BOWLS 😋🍫
This combo is one of my go-tos, mainly because it tastes insanely delicious, but also cause it's loaded with all the good stuff (yes veggies too 😜) that will make you glow from the inside out 🌠 I'll post the recipe for you down below. Have you tried it yet? 😉

NUTELLA CHIA BOWLS (Serves 2)
▫️2 cups frozen cauliflower (raw or steamed).
▫️1 frozen banana.
▫️2 tbsp raw cacao powder.
▫️1 tbsp healthy homemade Nutella (search for recipe on my blog).
▫️1/3 cup almond milk.
▫️2 tbsp chia seeds.
▫️1/2 cup almond milk.
▫️1 tsp pure maple syrup.
▫️1/2 tsp spirulina.
▫️1/2 tsp vanilla.
Cherry + BlackBerry Smoothie Bowl
🌈Frozen Banana, Frozen Cherries, Frozen Blackberries, @yeovalley Mango + Vanilla Yoghurt, Milk
🥜Topped with Pistachios, Almonds, Pumpkin, Flax & Sunflower Seeds + Cherries
🍒 Harrison had a version of this and I tried to channel @mommy_picasso and make a funky face out of the toppings but failed..it made H laugh anyway!!
just typed out "good morning!" & then realized it's definitely not morning anymore 🤦🏼♀️ even in the summer, mondays are still mondays! good thing i had these breakfast tacos to make today a little better 🌮 started out with 2 corn tortillas & filled them with sautéed onion + bell pepper + greens + cherry tomatoes + cilantro + a fried egg (sadly the yolk broke 🙈) with everything but the bagel seasoning 🍳 & just in case you were wondering, yes i made a huge mess when i tried to eat these but they were still so yummy 😛 hope you have a great monday & start the week on a positive note! 💞
