My breakfast is better than yours 🥐🥞💘
Vanilla & banana gluten free porridge.
Soaked the oats, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 3/4 of a banana in @rebel_kitchen whole milk for about 20 mins then gently cooked it. Meanwhile 1 tbsp of maple syrup went into a frying pan with walnuts and the rest of the sliced banana for a couple of minutes until it turns seriously sticky.
Stirred 2 spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt into the porridge, spooned into a bowl, added walnut butter made in our @nutramilk_uk , the maple nuts and banana, and some blueberries and of course cacao nibs.

Wie ihr unschwer erkennen könnt, verwende ich gerade für ungefähr alles Zwetschgen 😅 Die sind aber auch zu gut und passen zu allem 😁 Dieser Grießkuchen mit Käsekuchenfüllung wurde deshalb auch noch damit getoppt und ich sage euch, es hat sooo gut geschmeckt 😍
Gleich geht es für mich zum Sport, dort kann man es endlich wieder ertragen nach den ganzen Regenschauern 🙈

Grießkuchen mit Käsekuchenfüllung:
◽️35g Dinkelgrieß
◽️1/2 Banane ◽️20g Vanille-Whey/ Mehl ◽️ 1TL Backpulver ◽️100ml Milch
👉🏻Alles zusammen mixen und in eine 12er Springform füllen. ◽️100g Magerquark ◽️100g Vanille-Skyr
◽️10g Vanille-Puddingpulver
◽️Süße nach Wahl 👉🏻Alles vermischen und in die Mitte auf den Grießteig verteilen. darauf noch Zwetschgen legen. Bei 200 Grad ca. 20-25 Minuten backen und Stäbchenprobe machen. •

The perfect way to pick some extra nutrients into your day! I used chickpea pasta also for a bit of extra protein.

Pesto:
1 x large avocado 
1 x generous handful of fresh basil
2 x Garlic Cloves 
1/2 x fresh lemon juiced 
1.5 x Tbsp olive oil 
2 x Tbsp nutritional yeast 
3 x Tbsp hemp seeds

Blend all in ingredients and mix into organic pasta or use for sandwiches or a dipping sauce.  I added in zucchini lightly friend in a tiny drizzle of macadamia oil, steamed sweet peas and toasted cashews.

+ 1 tbsp dried chamomile buds or two chamomile tea bags
+ 2 heaping tsp dried lavender buds
+ 1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

2 ripe bananas, frozen (220 g)
1 ripe nectarine
1 piece of turmeric (4 g)
2 Tbsp coconut paste
15 g dried mango chunks
1 tsp psyllium husk

Method: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender obviously. Enjoy with you favorite fruits, granola and toasted coconut flakes.😋

Ingredients:
60 g oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 generous Tbsp tahini
1 ripe mashed banana
3 dates, chopped
100 g blackberries
1 pinch of salt & cinnamon
300 - 350 ml spelt milk / milk of your choice
Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Method: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight (obviously 😋). Enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup and more fruits.

This combo is one of my go-tos, mainly because it tastes insanely delicious, but also cause it's loaded with all the good stuff (yes veggies too 😜) that will make you glow from the inside out 🌠 I'll post the recipe for you down below. Have you tried it yet? 😉

just typed out "good morning!" & then realized it's definitely not morning anymore 🤦🏼‍♀️ even in the summer, mondays are still mondays! good thing i had these breakfast tacos to make today a little better 🌮 started out with 2 corn tortillas & filled them with sautéed onion + bell pepper + greens + cherry tomatoes + cilantro + a fried egg (sadly the yolk broke 🙈) with everything but the bagel seasoning 🍳 & just in case you were wondering, yes i made a huge mess when i tried to eat these but they were still so yummy 😛 hope you have a great monday & start the week on a positive note! 💞
