Crystallized Bustamite, Morganite
We had been looking for nice specimens or cabochons of Bustamite for several years when we finally acquired a couple of beautifully polished cabochons. We were very excited to finally be able to bring them to our community. We’d been persistent in finding Bustamite because we knew that it is a valuable ally that is unsurpassed in stimulating greater vitality and enjoyment of physical life. Then, at a recent local gem show, we found the main stone in this current design. Unlike our previous offerings, this large Bustamite is a natural, crystallized specimen stone. We were elated to find it hiding in one of the booths we’ve learned to scour thoroughly at this particular show. The difference between the polished and crystallized forms is not one of frequency, but one of what we call amplitude. What we mean by this is that crystallized Bustamite carries all of the properties of the polished cabochons, but it delivers them at a much faster, and for us, more powerful stream of energy. We are overjoyed to be able to bring it to our community. Many of us with spiritual aspirations often forget to appreciate the wonders of simply living in a physical vehicle on a planet rich and diverse with life. Wearing or meditating with Bustamite helps to dissolve the artificial barriers we unconsciously erect between ourselves and the rest of the living Universe. Morganite is highly recommended to anyone who wishes to do serious inner work and emotional self-healing. It cleanses and activates the heart, bringing it into harmony with the Divine plan for one’s life. It can also awaken one to an awareness that one’s suffering and pain serve the higher purpose of one’s spiritual growth. Wearing Morganite for extended periods of time leads to a growth of confidence and power that comes only from being constantly aware of one’s connection to Divine love. It is from this connection that one’s creativity becomes joyful.
Jesus wasn’t worried about obeying a man-made law to save a life. He went out on a limb to heal the blind, invalid, lame, lepers...and he wasn’t worried about tradition. He cared more about healing and salvation.
Jesus was an “out of the box” kind of guy...maybe it’s time for you to step out of your box and allow Jesus to work on you!
If I could share one piece of advice that I have learned through all my years of training that has allowed me to consistently make progress and stay motivated, it would be to set realistic goals. You know yourself better than anyone. Pick a program that fits YOU. Pick a diet/food options that you can sustain long term. Surround yourself around people that encourage and support your goals.
There is no trick or easy button when it comes to fitness and health. It’s a lifestyle that is learned over time, so choose a path that is sustainable for YOU and find happiness in the small accomplishments.
Each time there is a roadblock, just remember doing something (no matter how small) is better than doing nothing!

A question I get asked often regards protein intake, and the amount a person should have per day. Keep in mind the amount will vary based on goals and activity level, but the amount should stay fairly consistent year round (even when dieting or adding weight). Protein is an essential macro nutrient and is turned into amino acids upon consumption, which helps greatly in the repair of muscle tissue breakdown and overall maintenance.

In this video, the path of least resistance would have been to rotate the upper body into the back leg side. That's easy! Break down barriers and improve your functionality and performance by working the side of MOST resistance!
Internal rotation of the hips and weak gluteus medius muscles can be a major limiting factor in the golf swing. Both of these limitations can decrease your turn as well as being able to remain stable during the turn and post on your front leg in your follow through. Improving these weaknesses can help improve your ball striking consistency and lead to better scores on the course!

WORKOUT TIP WEDNESDAY
Having issues engaging a muscle with a particular exercise? Utilizing a slow and controlled pace on the negative portion of any exercise with help you build a better mind/muscle connection and allow you to gain a better “feel” for the weight as you move through the full range of motion.
For any sort of shoulder press, I rarely use any sort of back assist. This will force you to engage your core through the whole lift, while challenging your stabilization muscles to control the weight.
Nothing fancy here. Taking a basic movement with manageable weight (leaving your ego at the door) and focusing on creating tension with the use of a controlled negative and full contraction at the top.
