Summer time cocktail parties are a blast. Just buy some really cheap and silly party leis, invite some people over, and serve up some drinks. For a summer cocktail I wanted to shake up a mai tais, but those will get folks hammered pretty quick. So I came up with a Sherry, mango brandy, and two rums base to make the mai tai more sessionable. I’ll share recipe details in the next post.

Update! Been workin hard and kickin ass and we are closer to opening every day! The bar is almost done and product is getting in bottles and booze is gettin in barrels. The cocktail menu is in development and it’s absolutely exhausting trying all of our tasty recipes, more on that later. Give me a month or so and you can sit and admire our bar, listen to groovy tunes and try our spirits!
