O Ser budico urbano
Tira a responsabilidade do nosso ombro, massss...
Nesta Era, estaremos no olho do furacão e vivendo plenamente em paz. Não quer dizer "fingir" que não está vendo ou ser omisso a algo. Quer dizer que você é capaz de passar por tormentas se ser controlado por elas. Perceba. "Caminhando, caminhando, caminhando
Continue caminhando, caminhando, caminhando pois,
Caminhando, caminhando, caminhando é que você chegará no seu caminho." #iluminacao#SomosLuz#despertar#conexao#Criador#thetahealing
Please don’t tone down your Joy because others are suffering or in pain. Bring your joy, contribute it to the collective. It lifts. It makes more space possible for healing. It is YOUR medicine.
Fill yourself up and then, share what you feel drawn to.
Repost from @risingappalachia :
“This song is for the times, for anyone who needs to be reminded of the word resilient right now. Its not about favorable politics. Its not about preaching to the choir. Its written to remind us, first and foremost, that our bodies are resilient. Our families are resilient. Our work is resilient. Our pain and our pasts are resilient, and when we come together honestly and with a sense of willingness to listen, barriers break down across the board. 🏹🏹🏹”

Book suggestion from @cellulitefairy when she posted it I took a screenshot to remind myself & then later in another conversation we had it came up again. I’m taking this as a sign. You know that person who back tracks their conversations? That changes what they say depending on who they talk to? The one that everyone likes because they make everyone else around them comfortable at their expense? Yeah I know her too! She’s a REAL good friend 😂 But I’ve been realizing more and more that it does not have to be that way. Back in the day if you were a loner, you’d probably die. A bear would eat you. You couldn’t hunt AND gather! You’d be very lonely and would probably to eat those berries or find some burning bush or something to pass the time. I would ALWAYS put EVERY single thing I did through a filter of “how is this going to make people feel” and only recently have I been asking myself how it makes ME feel. I’m realizing a lot of my actions have *not* been matching up with my true desires. Now since actions give me results I gotta go backwards. THOUGHTS - EMOTIONS - ACTIONS - RESULTS. T.E.A.R 💧Why do I not like my results? Because of my actions to please other people and not myself. Why do I do that? Because I feel (emotions) like I have to make sure everyone is happy & feeling good around me and is happy and feeling good about me. Why do I feel that? Bc I think of people aren’t happy & if people don’t like me, I’ll be alone & that’s so scary for me. But I think it’s time to leave other people alone just a little bit and spend more one on one time with me. Reading & writing has helped me evolve SO MUCH. It’s not something “smart people” do. It’s something everyone can do. Something everyone has access too that can bring them to a higher level of thinking and understanding. I would love to have the courage to be disliked. I feel like I would like me a lot more. That would cause me to act differently & gain me different results in life. I’m ordering this book for myself for my bday ✨ What have you read lately that’s shifted your perception & changed the way you live? If you don’t have an answer, maybe it’s time to consider investing into yourself ✨
Charlie | The Perks of Being a Wallflower | "This one moment when you know you're not a sad story. You are alive, and you stand up and see the lights on the buildings and everything that makes you wonder. And you're listening to that song and that drive with the people you love most in this world. And in this moment, I swear...we are infinite."
~ Gotta love Dolly - her lyrics ooze with visual pleasures so vivid they cut right through to the soul.
Here’s an excerpt that relates to her lyrical medicine from my recent blog on the natural pleasures of sight:
“The more our brain is kept busy with present time situational stress, haunting histories, and future tripping, the less real-estate will be available in our heads to open up to the natural pleasures around us.
We all experience life static, like periodic distractions that tune into our frequency of aliveness and distort the present moment, taking us offline. We just need to learn how to adjust the dial back into a place of harmony, with a rhythm and beat that's individual to each of us.”

Elliot Alderson | Mr. Robot | "Sometimes I dream of saving the world. Saving everyone from the invisible hand, one that brands us with an employee badge. The one that forces us to work for them… The one that controls us every day without us knowing it. But I can’t stop it. I’m not that special. I’m just anonymous. I’m just alone."
Host | Cosmos: A Space Odyssey | “Science works on the frontier between knowledge and ignorance. We're not afraid to admit what we don't know. There's no shame in that. The only shame is to pretend that we have all the answers.”
I’ve had one of those days when it seems as time has seized to exist and it all just becomes a flow in motion.
Walking from one thing to the other and the brain has been feeding on the streak of mind-candy and new experiences.
People can make your brain tick if you let the flow flow and their thoughts fly.
Everyone deserves days like that.
I am grateful for having the opportunity to experience being part of the next generation of thinking and thinkers.

The #hobermansphere never fails when teaching kiddos about big breaths and little breaths! It’s colorful, kid-friendly and it takes a mindful moment for the brain to determine how to make it work alongside a breath. ✨💥✨
This little tome arrived today and I cannot wait for 8pm to roll around so I can sip tea and dive in. “Renewing our minds is a little like living in a remote area. We’re going to have to go to battle with the land every single day. We’re never going to arrive; we’re not going to be able to check this off our color-coded to-do list. We’re not going to grow up and out of our need to continually do the work. This is a lifestyle kind of process, and we need to get good at this practice.” Spot on, @hayley.e.morgan .
Edward Elrich | Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood | "Everything we see, everyone we meet, is caught up in a great unseen flow. But it's bigger than that. It's the entire world, the entire universe even. And compared to something as big as that, Al, you and I are tiny, not even the size of ants. Only one small part within a much greater flow. Nothing more than a fraction of the whole. But by putting all those "ones" together, you get one great "All", just like Teacher said. The flow of this universe follows laws of such magnitude that you and I can't even imagine them."
When you can seduce the nervous system, you can get the outcome you want a lot faster than you think sometimes...3 mins of the necessary stimulus earned her 3 inches depth in her toe touch. People can be shy of their toes for various reasons. Her torso is very short and her legs make up the bulk of her height. She asked if that was why she couldn’t get to her toes. While it can influence the shape the body may take to get to the toes, body proportions don’t really have much to do with the more common limitations involving motor control. Moments of impact, are the greatest way to increase buy in and also serve as fantastic referral points. Things like those 3 minutes spent on her toe touch yielding the results it did, was certainly a moment of impact. Especially for those who’ve had multiple trainers, instructors and coaches tell them god knows what as the reason for not achieving a toe touch. The most common thinking....my hamstrings are just super tight....is a very common misunderstanding. While tight hamstrings certainly can come into play, it’s not usually the sole reason for someone lacking the proper hip flexion mechanism. The motor patterns associated can usually be retaught in the presence of tight hamstrings. #locomovements#loco#htx#houston#motorlearning#cns#nervoussystem#braincandy#fitness#grouptraining#learntomove#tennisfitness#racquetfit#tennis#golffitness#sportspecific#athlete#functionaltraining @behemothcf @activeliferx @rocktape @davidnkt1951 @drjohncampione @domainmemorial @domainatcitycentre @toofit @alexancitycentre @themccarthyatmemorialcity @themcadams @ascensiononthebayou @ascentatcitycentre @mytpi
