Feeling extremely healthy this prep, which should be number 1 importance โ˜๐Ÿผ. Energy and strength are great, mood is good, skin is clear, regular menstrual cycle, basically functioning fantastically well as a female should!! (Apart from my old aching muscles taking a battering haha). Calories have always been very very decent throughout and not decreased for the last 6 weeks, cardio 30-45 mins daily which is very manageable. No drugs, no fat burners necessary โœ‹๐Ÿผjust good old graft ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ...and I guess a decent metabolism, which by the way is not by chance either but comes from taking care of my body day in day out , ensuring I eat enough varied food both on and offseason (inc lots of fats and carbs) and training my arse off (or on as it may be ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘) ! REAR DELTS ARE VITAL FOR 3D DELTS

So yeah strong and proportionate rear delt development is ๐Ÿ”‘ for dem der 3D delts. It's easy to get caught up in heavy presses over the head hammering the front delts like 80% of shoulder training, then just throw in a bit of side and rear delt work at the end. Over the head pressing is VERY useful for strength and developing the anterior (front) delts IMO, however never neglect the importance of hitting the side and REAR delts. .

If you're struggling with delt development (in this case rear delts) and need more proportionate delts START with REAR DELT EXERCISES and increase your frequency with hitting them directly. This has helped me tremendously with getting better delts as well as hitting the side and anterior heads. Rear delt flys (in the vid) can be misunderstood easily and the use of your lats/traps can come into play too easily and it takes tension away from what you want to target (rear delts). Best tips I can give with this are:
1๏ธโƒฃ - Keep shoulders down and relax your upper back 
2๏ธโƒฃ- Slight bend in elbows and have a loose grip (imagine your hands are just hooks for the handles)
3๏ธโƒฃ - Short range of motion - Bring elbows back parallel to shoulders but nothing more as you don't want to involve your lats/traps! Get a big stretch on the eccentric but don't let the weight rest as you want to keep tension on dem der rear deltoids ๐Ÿ†’ ๐Ÿข

Iโ€™m frequently asked how I get my shoulders so round. Simple! When I train my shoulders I think of them as three different muscles (anterior, medial & posterior) and will do 2-3 exercises per.
An example would be as followed:
โ€ข Anterior: Front raises (supinated and/or pronated) and compound with band front raises.
โ€ข Medial: Lateral raises (as demonstrated in video) but can also use dumbbells and military press (dumbbell or barbell).
โ€ข Posterior: Reverse Pec Deck and bent-over dumbbell lateral raises.
