Alright friends, we’re just going to jump right in. Last night Andy and I tried Boxer Ramen for the first time. We both ordered their Tonkotsu Shio, and it served us all the bacon-and-eggs/breakfast ramen realness I’d been dreaming of. The anime-inspired murals, hipster staff, and chill wave beats made the little nook that is Boxer Ramen all the more cozy.
Somewhere along this weird and wonderful journey we all know and love, ramen became my foodie home. Luckily, I’ve recently relocated to an area where there’s copious amounts of the dish itself, along with endless food categories and cultures. I’d like to dedicate this page to trying all the different foods the PNW has to offer.
Right now ramen is my jam, and next week it might be Ethiopian wat. But no matter where my food journey takes me, you can always bet that I’ll be Pleased as Munch. And that’s the kind of cheese you can expect from this food blog. Farewell, and goodnight.

Hey everyone! We will be doing a little upkeep maintenance on our Stark Street and NW 23rd Street locations this week. Both locations will be closed today and tomorrow.

Every month the #UnionWayPDX corridor opens to exhibit art by local artists for our First Thursday Art Walk. Exhibit space is free, just bring your own table or display material. Drop us a DM for details so we can add you to the Facebook event & be sure to tag any artists who might be interested. 🎨
