Richard Burton and his dad, Dic Bach. Swipe ➡️ For more.
When I visited Richard Burton’s grave in Céligny two years ago it was almost a religious experience, visiting Pontrhydyfen was just as unbelievable. To walk where he grew up was an amazing experience. The Miners Arms was closed when I got there so I went to The Colliers Arms for ale and something to eat. I got talking to them and they understood that I REALLY wanted to go to The Miners. After a phone-call to Dennis, the landlord, I was picked up and given a tour. Then driven to Cwmafan for a Richard Burton exhibition. Wonderful people and a wonderful experience ❤️💚#richardburton#elizabethtaylor
