At 4pm tomorrow, i finish my first full week back to work IN SIX MONTHS 😅 lawd have mercy. I’ve pretty much already adjusted and mapped out how I’m going to stay on track nutrition and workout wise! -
I get A LOT of questions about nutrition, and i hope this doesn’t come off rude... but the only magical thing i do is stick to a plan. That’s literally it guys. @avatarnutrition calculates my macros every Thursday (that just my personal check in day) and i get in as many workouts as i can. I stay as on point as i can, but I’m not perfect either. Last week Cody and i ate like complete assholes for no reason, but it was fun 😆 so no complaints! -
There are no secret foods i eat. Do i have staples? Yes. Eggs, eggs whites, ground beef and turkey, salads, avocado, protein powder, all the bread. But i also make potato chips, ice cream, and Jersey Mike’s fit my macros. Honestly, fitting those fun foods into my “diet” is what keeps me sane. It keeps me from binging every day. Don’t kill yourself trying to be perfect. Don’t become a hermit to make sure you hit everything 1649226% (unless you’re prepping, then BE STRICT AF). Live your life, that is my secret ♥️
