Last day of #booktubeathon2018 🎊
Today challenge is to take picture of my favorite books (#Btatfav ) and I have to go with my all time favorite series!
I grew up reading these books and it means a lot to me. Still feeling warm inside everytime I reread it! 😍
Please tell me what's your favorite book down below!
Thank you so much everyone for all the love and support I have got during Booktubeathon! I have so much fun with this photo challenges and I am so glad that you guys like it as well💕📚
What is the first book that get you into reading?
My first chapter book (as far as I can remember) is Charlotte's Web by E. B. White.
I don't remember exactly how old I was when I first read it. I think maybe 8 or so. 😳
I connected to this book in a wierd way because my nickname (Babe) is named after the pig from the movie Babe and the main character of this story is also a pig. It's a little silly, isn't it. 😂🐷
Are you participating in #booktubeathon this year? Are you participating in the photo challenges? Let me know!
I watched the Lightning Thief again a couple days ago and oh boy... I totally forgot how bad it was 😂
Although I don't really like the movie that much, it have a special place in my heart since the movie is the reason why I discovered the books. I don't like it but it don't hate it either. 🙈
What's your favorite (or least favorite) book to movie adaptation? Let me know!
All about kicks. Thanks @crownpublishing for sending over this free copy!#prhpartner
Never really been into sneakers, but been hearing sneaker talks everryyyyydayyyy from my boyfriend, my bros and even my boss. Oh, and I got to work with Jeff Staple of Staple Design recently too, so... suddenly “sneakers” in every direction I turn in my life now.
Definitely cool to read up the history and what the obsession’s all about.
“Kicks: The Great American Story of Sneakers” by Nicholas Smith
When you try to take photo of yourself sneakily in bookstore. 😶
I haven't bought anything today since I have so much on my TBR. What's your recent purchase?
Let me know in the comment below. I am curious!
PS. Messy hair is the best, right? 😂
I have finished my first book for #disneyreadathon2018 YAY!
Beastly is a Beauty and the Beast retelling set in modern day New York. Beauty and the Beast is one of my all time favorite fairytales so I really enjoyed this book.
I really love how the author characterized each character to resemble the original characters from the fairytale. Each character are a little quirky and it is so much fun to read about (My favorite is Will and Linda!) Kyle's character development is so great that I can't help but cheering for him. And Kendra is so cool too!
If you like reading failytales retelling, I reccommend you give this book a try!
Stefan Zweig Sunday. Obsessed and trying to get everything written by him, even this collection of short stories. And I usually don’t like short stories. Yupp, that’s how much I love his writing.
The first story in this collection is “The Invisible Collection”. Loved it—it’s about an art collector with peculiar conditions... That twisted, emotional, and frenzy vibe that’s so #Zweig .
The Little Prince is such a charming story. It reminded me not to let go of my child-like wonder even when I am an adult!♥ I really like the part where he visit the different planet 😍
Have you read it? Do you love it as much as I am?
(Some of) the cute stickers are from @memiann.studio. I love her design so much so please check her out! 😍

I was tagged a while ago by @nawareads to do the #asidefrombooks tag. Thank you so much!

Do you guys watch anime? What series is your favorite?
Food Wars is one of my favorite anime series! It has delicious-looking food and amazing characters. If you haven't watched it I would recommend it.
Those are light novels based on the manga. It focuses on secondary characters and I really like them! Need to read it again. ♥🍱
Very much enjoying this one so far. Reading Steinbeck makes me wish I could read all his books for the FIRST time again.
“What pillow can one have like a good conscience?” - Tortilla Flat by John Steinbeck
Talking about stressing out about unnecessary things. 😂
I am struggling with photos idea right now. I don't know what books to take photos with and how I should take it. Then I have no idea for the captions too! 😂 It results in me not quite satisfied with many photos I have posted recently so I archive it all. I need some inspiration guys. 😞 Tell me what you guys want to see.
On an unrelated note, this book is so good. Check it out guys!
They Both Die At The End, Adam Silvera (⭐⭐⭐⭐/5)
I have finished this book and OMG... It is a wild ride. 😱
The thing I like about this book is the way it makes me think. About my own death and how would I react if I receive the call. About how I live my life and how would I spend my last day. Would I be brave enough to step out of my room just like Mateo? Who knows!?
“Twenty-Four Hours in the Life of a Woman” by Stefan Zweig.
Started this one today and, of course, enjoying it so far—always captivated by Zweig’s lyrical writing.
Anymore titles I should read by him?
Because I refuse to live invincible on all of the day I didn't get an alert, I wasted all those yesterdays and am completely out of tomorrows.
(They Both Die At The End, Adam Silvera)
I am currently reading this book and absolutely in love with it! His writing style is somehow stand out to me. It made me think a lot of my own death which is kind of morbid 😂
What have you guys been reading today? Have you read this book? Do you enjoy it?
Today is my last day in Europe. Excited to go back home. I miss Thai food so much 😂😂
“Once more they sat opposite one another without a sign or word, and only their eyes met and kissed.”
This is probably my most favorite Zweig so far, even if I don’t fully understand the ending. All those feels. Got very emotional on this one. Truly beautiful writing.
Will definitely be re-reading it again soon.
Journey into the Past by Stefan Zweig
I LOVE ZWEIG. Started this a few nights ago and am absolutely loving it. Want to consume all the Zweig works out there.
“But love truly becomes love only when, no longer an embryo developing painfully in the darkness of the body, it ventures to confess itself with lips and breath. However hard it tries to remain a chrysalis, a time comes when the intricate tissue of the cocoon tears, and out it falls, dropping from the heights to the farthest depths, falling with redoubled force into the startled heart.” - Journey into the Past by Stefan Zweig
Never thought I’d enjoy reading a story about chess so much, especially when I don’t know the game at all. Also, the last and only book I’d read about chess was Vladimir Nabokov’s “The Luhzin Defense” and did not enjoy it much.
Totally different with this one though. Love Zweig’s captivating storytelling. Kept me anxious and at the edge of my seat. Every story I’ve read by him are so wild and bizarre. Love it.

It is such a good weather to read 😍📖
Prague has a lot of historical places to visit and I am so in love with it.♥
What have you guys been reading and how is your week so far?
“This must mean that my brain is otherwise dark and cloudy—it just blindly feels its way around and lets random thoughts wander.” - The Sad Part Was by Prabda Yoon.
Dozed off last night reading this collection of short stories by a Thai writer (translated to English). Very much enjoying it.

One of my favorite poets #PabloNeruda . So happy to have this book in my collection—“Then Come Back: The Lost Neruda Poems”. Thank you to @copper_canyon_press for sending over this lovely copy.
Finally Friday! Already napped from 6-9pm this evening. Planning to read 5 pages before passing out again...
Still on this book—seriously makes me want to go back to Italy and makes me crave pasta all the time. —> “Women in Sunlight” by Frances Mayes
Standing ovation for Zweig. Truly enjoyed this novella. Can’t wait to read more by him. Any suggestions?
“There was already something curiously tempting mingled with her fear of the danger—an alarmingly pleasurable readiness to do battle, rather like caressing the cold blade of a dagger with her bare fingers, or looking down the black muzzle of a revolver where death in compressed form lurked in waiting.” - Fear by Stefan Zweig
Thank you to @pushkinpress again for sending this copy—I can’t get enough of Zweig!
