Starters Mia’s Minestrone and the Giant Meatball (12 oz of beef stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella, served with Marinara and Rustic Bread). This Set the Tone for the Meal. Main Course Bistecca Alla Fiorentina (grilled flat iron steak, olive oil roasted potatoes, & green beans). Porchetta (roasted stuffed pork belly, fennel, orange 🍊 zest, creamy polenta, garlic escarole). Dessert Tiramisu and the BEST I EVER HAD CANNOLI‼️
The Brick Oven Pizza which was eaten for Sunday morning breakfast left Me speechless it was that Damn Good‼️

Moto Maidens has been taking a bit of a hiatus due to the sultry soup of midsummer in New Orleans...that humidity and heat has not only been melting our minds, but our bodies have been needing a little break, too! It’s tough to work on those pretty mechanical horses when it’s over 100 degrees...and without A/C! Haha, thanks Mother Nature. Hope everyone has been enjoying the good riding weather, though! •Bag of Pea Shoots (豆苗 dòu miáo)
•Garlic A Shitload of it 12 Cloves thinly sliced ( or less if u please)
•3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
•1 TSP Salt •1 TSP Chicken Bouillon -
•In a large wok heat up the vegetable oil.
•Add the garlic and stir for about 30 seconds on med heat.
•Add the PeaShoots and stir until the PeaShoots turn a dark green about 2-3 mins don’t over cook.
•Add salt and chicken bouillon stir together plate and serve!!!
