I’ve lost some strength the past month, but that’s just the reality of training. You’re not always gonna be your strongest and you’re not always gonna be setting PBs. I hate the way my neck is in this vid, but honestly everything going on here is too hilarious not to share (like my hissy fit at the end) 🦍 Attempt at 600 x 5. Now I’m dropping down and dialing into perfect form (full hip extension, straight neck) since I know the form police out there will try to say somethin cute 🦍 www.katiesonier.com

Een maand geleden startte ik met deze les. 1x per week, niet wetende of het echt aan zou slaan.
Inmiddels geef ik 4x per week deze bodyweight training. En het werkt.
Nog steeds train ik zelf veel met alleen mijn lichaamsgewicht.

Dit is mijn passie. Zo ben ik 4,5 jaar geleden zelf begonnen met trainen. Vanuit een klote situatie. Gedeeltelijk afgekeurd en net bevallen van ons 3e kindje.

Ik was als kind altijd sportief, deed van alles en was bijna overal wel goed in. Aanleg noemt men dat geloof ik, maar met aanleg alleen kom je er niet. Dat bleek en dat was ik niet gewend. Ik zat 2 jaar thuis met ernstige rugklachten. Snijden konden de artsen niet en dus werd ik uiteindelijk gedeeltelijk afgekeurd.  28 was ik toen, Mama van 3 en doodongelukkig. Ik mistte het sporten. Skaten, snowboarden en surfen, dingen die ik echt graag deed, het leek allemaal onmogelijk. Tot ik op een dag huilend onder de douche stond en zomaar ineens besloot te stoppen met zelfmedelijden te hebben. Ik wilde mezelf bewijzen dat niets onmogelijk is. Ik deed wat mijn dokters niet hadden verwacht. Met de kennis die ik had ben ik op zolder begonnen met trainen puur en alleen met mijn lichaamsgewicht. Door de pijn heen at first, elke dag.
Ik kreeg beetje bij beetje hoop en ik kreeg ook ineens weer energie, maar voornamelijk een flinke dosis zelfvertrouwen. 1 jaar later stond ik ineens op diezelfde zolder 60kg te squatten. Iets waarvan de arts had gezegd dat ik dat niet meer zou kunnen.
Onder dezelfde douche besloot ik dat dit was wat ik wilde doen. Ik wilde vrouwen laten zien dat ze sterker zijn dan ze denken.
Een hoop boeken, cursussen en zelfstudie later begon ik voor mezelf als personal coach. Iets waar ik 1.5 jaar later nog steeds geen moment spijt van heb gehad. 
Elke keer als ik deze les geef besef ik me hoe trots ik kan zijn dat ik een klote situatie om heb kunnen zetten naar dit; Mijn passie.
Trots dat ik met mijn liefde voor sporten veel mensen motiveer en aanzet om een verandering in levensstijl toe te passen. Ik ben dan ook onwijs trots op de powervrouwen en vooral powermama's die bij mij trainen en de inzet die ze geven. You're all badass!! Dankjewel ❤️

Skaten, snowboarden en surfen, dingen die ik echt graag deed, het leek allemaal onmogelijk. Tot ik op een dag huilend onder de douche stond en zomaar ineens besloot te stoppen met zelfmedelijden te hebben. Ik wilde mezelf bewijzen dat niets onmogelijk is. Ik deed wat mijn dokters niet hadden verwacht. Met de kennis die ik had ben ik op zolder begonnen met trainen puur en alleen met mijn lichaamsgewicht. Door de pijn heen at first, elke dag. Ik kreeg beetje bij beetje hoop en ik kreeg ook ineens weer energie, maar voornamelijk een flinke dosis zelfvertrouwen. 1 jaar later stond ik ineens op diezelfde zolder 60kg te squatten. Iets waarvan de arts had gezegd dat ik dat niet meer zou kunnen. Onder dezelfde douche besloot ik dat dit was wat ik wilde doen. Ik wilde vrouwen laten zien dat ze sterker zijn dan ze denken. Een hoop boeken, cursussen en zelfstudie later begon ik voor mezelf als personal coach. Iets waar ik 1.5 jaar later nog steeds geen moment spijt van heb gehad. Elke keer als ik deze les geef besef ik me hoe trots ik kan zijn dat ik een klote situatie om heb kunnen zetten naar dit; Mijn passie. Trots dat ik met mijn liefde voor sporten veel mensen motiveer en aanzet om een verandering in levensstijl toe te passen. Ik ben dan ook onwijs trots op de powervrouwen en vooral powermama's die bij mij trainen en de inzet die ze geven. You're all badass!! Dankjewel ❤️

Ist eine Übung, wo man aus der tiefen Hocke in die Stütz-Plank hüpft.

Diese Übung eignet sich hervorragend als Vorübung für den Burpee. Wobei diese Übung auch so anstrengend genug ist 😅

Am besten fängst du an, den Frogger im 8er Tabata (20sec. On / 10sec. Off)  zu trainieren.

Achte hierbei auf die die Spannung in deiner Rumpfmuskulatur, sprich bevor du nach hinten abspringt baust du die Spannung im Rumpf auf, damit du mit deinem Becken bei Landung nicht durchhängst. Die Arme bleiben gestreckt (Lockout), der Kopf bleibt in Verlängerung der Halswirbelsäule 🙏
