This post is the transformation of where my body is post show. The picture on the right is actually before and the left is where I am now. Looking at myself like the left picture for so long I feel so big right now but realistically I know I’m not. .
People over the last few weeks of prep have asked do I look like that all year round and the answer is NO. For me to look like that I have to eat chicken and broccoli, train twice a day and work my ass off. Is it worth it YES but do it want to do it all year round NO. .
Do I have abs NO but do I go out and socialise have a burger here and there YES 🤗🤗
Be comfortable in your body, and be confident and most importantly have BALANCE. Will I go back down to the left photo, yes I will ... cause there are so many show opportunities for me in 2019. But for now it’s bulking season, this is me and I’m going to embrace it 🤗🤗🤗 .

So here's my transformation. It was a 12 week prep. The picture on the right is right at 12 weeks (190 lbs) and on the left was me living my best life (192 lbs). Just think about the weight for a secound....its not all about tge weight. Not only was I able to change physically but mentally I'm at a new level. I work a full time job, go to school fulltime and im a father of two. I was still able to obtain this goal. I don't believe in excuses. We all have our situations, we all have 24 hours in a day. Stop bullshiting and get to work.
Working out is a habit that you have to build and like to love. Living a healthy lifestyle sucks. You'll have people criticize you at first but once they see the change, they ask for advice they'll never use. Stay focused stay motivated. Do it for you.
