When building Muscles💪💪 more the protein the better right? Not necessarily. You should only consume 35-40% protein from your daily calorie Intake. More than that can be harmful.

While you're working hard to build muscles with exercise, protein should make upto 35-40 percent of total calories for adults. Research shows there is no benefit to eating more protein than this amount and it can be harmful.

For example,the recommended dietary allowance for protein for the average adult is 0.37 grams per pound of body weight, and that equals about 56 grams of total protein for a 150-pound adult but you can go upto 0.75-0.95 grams of total protein if you are looking to pack on more muscles on your frame.That is about 75-85 grams of protein. Do not consume more than 30 grams of protein per meal for better protein synthesis. A typical day that includes 3 servings of low-fat or fat-free dairy plus 3 servings of protein foods (such as lean meat, poultry, fish or beans) will provide quality sources of protein to help reach that goal. Probably one of my least favorite exercise on the planet 😂 What is it about walking lunges that makes them so challenging? Is it because it’s single-leg? Because come to think of it, I feel the same way about single-leg step-ups 🤔 Oh well! They’re in the program, so I do them anyways 🙃💗🙌🏻💕

Ребята, судя по некоторым факторам, что-то пошло не так в моем аккаунтe..Или товарищ) инстаграмм😁 что-то напутал в своих алгоритмах или кто-то меня сигнализировал по непонятной мне причине😕, но факт остаётся фактом - мои фото почти никто не видит, а тех кто видит  я знаю уже в лицо, потому что это почти всегда одни и те же люди. Дайте мне знать любым способом), если вы видите этот пост.
