I seem to have a bit of a thing for sliding scales at the moment (not the ones you stand on) so here's one about body fat and happiness. -
As you can see, no matter where you are, there are upsides and downsides and this is ultimately why it's so difficult for people to be happy. With great abs, comes great restriction. With great indulgence, comes great self-doubt. -
Even in the middle, where you think would be that "happy place" is not all hunky dory. As you find yourself split between the benefits of both higher and lower body fats. -
Your happiness isn't always going to be determined by what your body fat is but the benefits/drawbacks of what different body fats bring. -
Maybe you're a social butterfly who couldn't give a toss about having a #dadbod or maybe you're a social media influencer who's willing to give up a lot for your career (is it a career yet?). Either way you probably need to accept the fact you can't have it all. -
Me? I'd say I'm teetering on the edge of moderate to low. I love food too much to go super low but I'm also willing to dig in when I need to, in order to feel more confident in myself and show I can walk the walk for the sake of my career (not a SM influencer 😂) -
Just because you might see someone on social media super happy, a) it doesn't mean they are actually happy (inb4 SM is all just smoke and mirrors) or b) maybe they just have different wants and needs as you. Doesn't make them any better or worse. -
It's up to you to decide what makes you happy and whilst body fat may correlate, it's not the be all and end all and depends on how you want to live your life and what matters most to you. -

...and that's in savings, not even available cash outside savings.
Your car, your pets...you...can all break down at some point and $1,000 doesn't go a long way when it comes to an emergency.
Now I won't get into any politics or how many people now just think there will be "help" if something does happen.
Truth is, there isn't. The car shop won't take food stamps, the hospital charges for every tissue used and your pets rely on you to take care of them.
Most people don't earn enough money at their Plan A j-o-b to get by, let alone live a life of enjoyment.
But, it doesn't have to be that way.
You have options. If you're willing to give a few things up now so that you can have everything you want later, direct sales is your answer.
Direct sales gives an average person the opportunity for above average income.
I chose Advocare (link in bio) - it met with my lifestyle and the company's ethics matched mine.
I'm not going to tell what to choose, and I'm not going to tell you direct sales is the best way but it absolutely is a better way.
And if it's not Advocare, than what?
A living is built 9-5, fortunes are built 5-9. If you want things to change, you have to change.

Fortunatamente, il corpo umano è un po’ più complesso di come raccontano queste credenze popolari, e ancor più fortunatamente il mondo dell’alimentazione, popolato da ricercatori, studiosi e sperimentatori, che non si sono mai fermati e si sono AGGIORNATI.
Lo sbaglio sta in chi si ferma e si FOSSILIZZA su certe credenze, spesso nemmeno dimostrate. Tutti possiamo sbagliare ma una volta sbattuta la testa cambiamo idea no? E invece no...si vede ancora gente che da 40 anni fa tapis roulant ed è sempre grassa, ma due domande non te le fai? ILLUMINIAMO QUESTE PERSONE PER FAVORE😎
