Aaron Sanchez has left tonight'a start against the Angels with a right index finger contusion. Sanchez only pitched one inning and struggled to find command in the strike zone. He threw 25 pitches and just didn't look right especially with his curveball. Some may have wondered if a blister on his finger has retuned but thank goodness that is not the case. Sanchez's status for his next start is unknown. Joe Biagini came into the game in the second inning to replace him.
