This had to be one of the smoothest pilots I’ve ever seen. This was out on the #malibufires . Edison definitely hires some talented pilots. I watched this guy fly for a few days, and he was smooth as glass on every carry, and delivery I saw. Hats off to the Edison pilots!!! #linework ,#helicopter ,#unionhand ,#bluecollar ,#lineman
Finally got back home after working in Malibu restoring the power lines for the people who had anything left. It was sad to see people lose everything, especially their pets. I learned not everyone in Malibu is rich. Where I was looked to be like #bluecollar people. Some places looked to be handed down generation to generation. To all the people who lost everything, and still were kind to us, thank you. I hope. Your able to rebuild. #unionhand ,#ibew ,#lineman ,#malibufires
Join our party if you’re sick of life long politicians who are not synced with society running our government and country. They’re only there for there personal gains and network, it’s time to change that.
This is a deep picture.. I met a guy and he told me that he was a millionaire in real estate. He told me in 1999 he lost it all after The economy dropped. And he left me with theses words “Millionaire” is just a title you Can’t be a millionaire if you owe more then you make it’s just a big illusion. He would still have it if he knew
Beautiful morning for some GPS work. You almost can’t find a job site without GPS integration anymore, and that’s a good thing. ————————————
I’m not here to plug one particular brand, but to highlight the many. In this case, Westhills Aggregates is using a Trimble setup for checking elevations on their water/sewer upgrade project. Accountability is a huge part of this industry, accurate and reliable data is a must to sleep well at night.
Blue Collar Work Ethic. It's what drives me, in work, relationships and the gym. Putting in a full day's work, not afraid to get down and dirty, and putting in the physical labour to get the job done. Someone's gotta do it. Better believe it'll be me, with a smile on my face.

Need a heavy duty ratchet tie-down? This is a really great option. It has a break strength of 10,000lbs, so obviously it is very heavy duty. The model number on this strap is: FH0843
Another big advantage to buying this strap is that it’s currently on sale at @homedepot for $8.97, which is crazy cheap!!
So whether you’re moving a toolbox or ever a car, a couple of these and you’re good to go 👍
Another thing to remember when you have pain somewhere, is what structures are all located in that area as well as what all is attached to what??
🤲The whole body is connected. The low back and the hips are connected. 🤲Some people get relief from low back pain by stretching their hips. 👐The more mobile you are (to an extent), the better you can LEARN to move without abnormal stresses being placed on normal tissues/joints. 🤲Here is a simple stretch to try to see if you feel the stretch just in the muscles around your hips or in your lower back. This stretch causes movement of the muscle tissues and the joints of the back and hips. *Try seated, bottom leg out straight, cross your one leg over the other, and gently press down. Try to sit tall. Hold for 30 seconds. Then round your back forwards. Hold 30 seconds
*Try seated, bottom leg bent, cross over the other, gently press down, Try to sit tall. Hold 30 seconds. Again try rounding your back. Hold 30 seconds
*Try even lying on your back and crossing one leg over the other and letting gravity pull it down.
More to come...tomorrow
