We do! But my husband and I struggle daily to create a proper #mealplan Our devil is #fastfood Its too easy but has increasingly become an issue in our health and drains the pocketbook. We made the plunge and started #blueapron This is our first week. We are pleasantly surprised and excited about the next meals!
We recently made a deal that if I made our dinners Mon-Fri he would put our daughter to bed every night. I work nights so having the extra time is always helpful. These three dinners were quick to make, easy to follow, and #delicious to boot!
We get our next week’s ship tomorrow and it’s kinda perfect for a busy few days before hosting #thanksgiving this year. 😱☺️ Thank you @blueapron for helping us readjust our eating routine! 🙌🏻

Really in a pickle here. The cilantro sauce is a key ingredient this time around. But it looks to have a creamy consistency, and long time fans know I suffer from a terrible affliction of lactose intolerance. Do I risk it or play it safe?!?! #cooking#blueapron#food#lactoseintoleranttolerant

Seared steaks & homemade steak sauce with mashed potatoes and sautéed carrots. I used white cheddar and garlic in the mashed potatoes. The steak sauce has garlic, green onion, red wine vinegar, soy glaze, ketchup, and light brown sugar in it. I almost never use steak sauce, but had to give this one a shot. The sauce was delicious!
Thank you to my bestie @misssbeannn for giving me a mini makeover during our time together! It’s been two years since I’ve dyed my hair and besides the front of my lob, we’re almost there! Lashes were lifted and tinted. And I’m left feeling fab for the winter!
Side note: I chopped my hair off on my birthday in July. Literally 4 months later look at how much it’s grown out! I’ve had every hairstylist tell me my hair grows SO fast. So shout out to the superfoods I drink daily that make decisions like chopping my hair off less intimidating
#christmas#cookie practice session! Trying to decide what to make for a cookie swap next month. However, I made these from scratch, and although they turned out great, it was NOT easy or quick. But it was fun! So I’ll keep searching for what else to make since I have to make a lot.
Sometimes when its snowing I cook a Japanese Inspired Chicken Bowl : chicken coated with togarashi spice, over bok choy, and jasmine rice with marinated carrots, topped with a spicy gochujang mayo. #deliciousness#blueapron
