The following from @bdisgusting:
NY Times best-selling author Daniel Kraus (Trollhunters, The Shape of Water, The Living Dead) announced on Twitter tonight that he was watching the “virtually unseen” Romero movie, which he’s been seeking out for the past 20 years. In a multi-tweet thread, Kraus subsequently called the film “a revelation,” as well as “Romero’s most overtly horrifying film.” “The people who funded it wouldn’t allow it. And no wonder. It’s hellish. In Romero’s long career of criticizing American institutions, never was he so merciless,” Kraus continued. “Where can you see this savage masterwork? You can’t. But I’m dedicating myself to changing that. Can you help? Yes, probably. Give me some time to figure out what’s what.” He added, “This is truly one of those magical (cursed?) objects that I cannot believe has fallen through the cinematic cracks. We’ll drag it back.”

WORLD OF DEATH Ep. 196 - Hushy Bye⠀
James Webber creates a visually creepy short with some great shot compositions. I personally really enjoy the look of this movie and definitely think you should give it a look!⠀
Night of the Living Dead sequel is coming from the original creative team!!!
Just because October’s over doesn’t mean the scares will stop coming. Now, with this year being the 50th anniversary of George Romero’s classic Night of the Living Dead, what better way to celebrate than with news of an official sequel? According to Bloody Disgusting, the original writers, Romero and John A. Russo penned a direct sequel to the 1968 classic, and now Living Dead Media has unearthed the long-since unproduced script and plan to bring the film to theaters next year — with the original surviving writers and producers at the helm.
Though Night of the Living Dead launched five more zombie-centric stand-alone sequels, starting with 1978’s Dawn of the Dead, but this will be a direct continuation of the story that started it all. Given that Romero left behind multiple unused scripts, novels, and films after his passing in 2017, the fact that there’s a fully fleshed-out sequel that follows the groundbreaking original should be no surprise.
I am Valak!
The Marquis of Snakes!
This year I was in between two costumes, my hero of all villains Michael Myers who made a comeback 40 years later in theaters alongside Scream Queen, Jamie Lee Curtis. Or to go as the most terrified nun in all of horror movie history, Valak. I am astounded and excited as to how much attention i received on Halloween, so many people were pulling me aside to take pictures and I made a few here and there either scream or be scared to approach me because the costume looked so real!! I was honored to have two amazing photographers take beautiful pictures of me, @troybphotography_ shot the first two pictures that turned out spectacular and @bluejest_photography took the other 3 after the first 2 which turned out also incredible! I want to thank them both for this opportunity and hopefully to collab with them again!! If any of you want to check them out, hit them up!
I hope these pictures go viral only because I would love to be discovered by @creepypuppet or @johncarpenterofficial . It is my dream to be in a horror movie and hopefully, these amazing directors would let me be a part of it!!! #Valak#TheNun#Horror#BloodyDisgusting#LaurieStrode#Halloween2018#HelloOctober#SeasonOfTheWitch#EvilIsHere#Gay#GayboyProblems#FallFashion#GoodbyeSummer#TheWalkingDead#Ifbb#IronGym#Squats#ThaiBoxing#MotivationalMonday#TrickOrTreatStudios#HelloFall#MUA#Horror_Sketches
💀 A Little #TBT ... 💀
There was a nice little mention of The Desolation Prize on Bloody-Disgusting.com following our screening in Ohio on October 19th. Really wish we could have been there for the World Premiere!
We were honoured to be chosen as an official selection for the Nightmares Film Festival. Congratulations to all the other filmmakers!
Thanks so much @bdisgusting and @nightmaresfilmfest!
