feeling super guilty after taking 2 days off of working out. but sometimes, I have to listen to my own advice and LISTEN TO MY BODY. The program I am doing right now is mainly focused on booty and leg growth, and while I’ve seen amazing progress in all the right places, I have to be smart about it. I don’t want my knee to get any worse by pushing it to the side and it resulting later on in a worst injury. .
This week- I am planning on taking it day by day and see how I feel and try to do what I can. but try to STRETCH, go on long walks, get in tune with my body because I know prolonging the program is going to make my end goal that much farther but I have to remind myself that this is my lifestyle. .
This fitness journey I began years ago to me in the beginning was only about looking a certain way. but now its about being healthy from the inside out & I don’t wanna push myself to pain. .
