Post @corepoweryoga snack this A.M.! Yah girl has been going to Hot yoga to warm herself up the last few days and I want to share the love! Get your $100 gift certificate for $80 for you or your yoga loving loved one this year (Link in bio)
Honestly, #corepoweryoga is the studio I always recommend for when someone wants to begin a practice. It’s C1 class literally walks you through how to ACTUALLY do the poses instead of going blind and watching those around you. You can also build off them as you going into C2 and C3. It was actually my first yoga class years ago! .
Also, are you in need of a fall Post sweat snack? These Pumpkin Spice Autumn Balls are life 🙌🏼 .
Here’s how: I combined 1/2 cup @oatbox ancient grain granola + 1/2 cup dates + 1/3 cup hazelnuts in a blender until combined. I then added 1/3 cup @betteralmondbutter + 1/4 cup beeless honey + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1tsp pumpkin spice + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp nutmeg and combined into smooth in the blender. I toasted some sesame seeds and created 2 inch size balls and rolled them in it and rolled the rest in a combo of pumpkin spice and cinnamon. I then froze them for 15 and enjoyed. Left them in the fridge to have whenever I’m feeling like I need a lil boost! .
I'm so happy to finally meet @destinationdowndog from @the_movement_tree at the Mind Body and Spirit Fair today. I did take her workshop for myofascial release and it was blissful. If you are interested to buy yourself a set of therapy balls or a tiny set. Please head over to @the_movement_tree and treat yourself some love 💕

this was the quickest bowl that I threw together today! temperatures here are pretty extreme — ranging from 48° to 80°F — so these chilly mornings certainly call for warm breakfasts. how did you all start your day?👇🏼

A post about balls 🙃
Also, you can now find these mixes in New World - well in the Albany one anyway. Yay 😊 bye shipping costs!
Double also, yes they're easy to make myself but they taste even better when they've come from a food processor that actually blitzes food properly ok.
*choc peanut butter date balls*
I just process dates, peanut butter, cacao powder, chia and flaxseeds together in a processor til combined. Then i just roll into balls and store in the fridge. These are great as a snack with a cup of tea or coffee. I love adding flaxseeds and brewers yeast to mine for the added nutrients and to support lactation but they are also great without.
Zesty lime Bliss Balls
1/2 cup almonds or 70g almond meal
1 cup medjool dates approx 8
1 full unwaxed 🍋 lime skin pith and all
6 tbsp coconut (I used blackbean protein)
Coconut or chia or nut meal for coating
Process almonds to meal.
Top and tail the lime just a little and cut up. Or just use the zest and juice of two🍋🍋
Combine all ingredients in a food processor blend until smooth paste consistency. Will be on the sticky side. If too wet add a bit more meal or some some Oats. Form into balls and coat.
Enjoy 🍋 your zesty treat 😋 let me know what you 💭

Benefits of pectin fibre (the white bit of the lime)
Pectin is a benefit-rich fiber that's water-soluble and helps lower cholesterol and increases digestive health. As a soluble fiber, pectin works by binding to fatty substances in the digestive tract, including cholesterol and toxins, and promotes their elimination.

RECIPE OF THE WEEK - EASY PEASEY BLISS BALLS
These bite sized sweet treats are the perfect thing to nail those mid afternoon sweet cravings. Yep, they're a winner! It’s a great day to get your bake on. Recipe below, happy baking team. 💜
EASY PEASEY BLISS BALLS
• 1 cup cashews
• 3/4 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
• 1/2 cup dried apricots
• 1/4 cup dried & pitted dates
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1-2 Tbsp water to make gooey and soft
• Drizzle of honey or maple syrup to bind if needed
• Extra coconut to roll in
• (you could add plain protein too to make these protein bliss balls)
1. Place cashews in food processor and blitz until creamy.
2. Add apricots, dates, coconut, chia seeds and blitz until combined.
3. Add water to make smooth and creamy (add honey/maple syrup if needed) and blitz.
4. Roll into bite sized balls and coat in coconut.
*tip* make a double batch of these and pop in the freezer. If you’re pushed for time, just press the mix into a shallow pan and pop in freezer. Once set, simply cut into bite sized pieces; saves SO much time! They'll keep up to a month in the freezer but they might not last that long.....
