I am blessing your timeline with this bouquet of four-leaf clovers!!!!
I am sincerely still in disbelief that I found all of these clovers in one moment, in a single spot. When I found them, I had obviously just been talking about my experiences with four-leaf clovers with my mum, before we searched. We were going to an Irish pub after. We have Irish roots. Then we picked all of these four-leaf clovers! It was unbelievably wild. All the clovers I have blessed & pressed into my book of shadows now. The most magickal moment with plants I have ever had, for sure.
Now I've been crying lately,
thinking about the world as it is,
why must we go on hating,
why can't we live in bliss?
I pray for the day when all hatred comes to an end and Humanity reach that station of bliss, united as one family...Blessed Friday to you all. .
As some know I just recently delivered and honestly I was exercising up until my delivery particularly two days prior I delivered.
I will talk about a list of reasons to NOT stop exercising during pregnancy and ignore the old tales of not to exercise during this blessed time. However, listen to your body always and consult your Dr. first especially if you never used to workout prior to pregnancy.
Here the list:
1. You are less likely to gain extra unneeded weight.
2. You will be able to get back to your regular weight faster after delivery.
3. You will have more energy and you will less likely suffer from the common back problems.
4. Your mood will be amazing generally.
5. Your delivery will most likely be easier, at least at the push stage; you will have the stamina, the strong abs and cardiovascular system for it.
6. You will lower your diabetes risk and have a healthy baby.
7. You're likely to be fitter in middle age. In a study that followed women for 20 years after delivery, those who'd exercised throughout pregnancy could run two miles 2 ½ minutes faster than those who'd taken a workout break while.
