Sharing another way to incorporate veggies in your diet: 🍝 VEGGIE PASTA SAUCE WITH BOKCHOY & LEMON 🍋
Blend below in a blender for pasta sauce:
—1 tomato, diced
—2 carrot, diced
—half an onion
—half a medium sized cucumber
—2 tspn soy bean paste
—1/4 cup tahini —salt/pepper/garlic to taste
In a pan, heat up the blended sauce and throw in cooked al dente pasta of choice. Mix until each pasta is coated. Garnish with lemon and steamed bokchoy. This is a great way to use up old veggies or just a different way to incorporate veggies in your diet! Happy weekend & stay blessed 🙏🏼
A Sunday Funday Bellini ... made with Chandon Rose, berries, creme de mure! Nolet’s gin adds a nice floral rose note to this drink.
1 cup frozen berries (mixture of strawberry, raspberry and blueberry)
1 cup Chandon Rose
3 oz Creme de Mure
1.5 oz Nolet’s gin
Combine in a blender cup with 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth. Pot into three champagne flute glasses.
